The teams finalize their preparations and start moving toward the exit. Deku continues to hover near Rose, asking her about her quirk, her tactics, and generally showing interest in her abilities. Bakugo grows more frustrated with each passing minute, his temper simmering beneath the surface.

Deku speaks with a hint of challenge, "So, Rose, how do you usually handle unexpected variables on the field? Improvise, or stick to the plan?"

Rose glances at Bakugo, sensing his frustration, then looks back at Deku. "Oh, I'm all about improvisation. Plans are great, but you've got to be ready to adapt. You know, just in case things get... unpredictable."

Deku nods, a mischievous glint in his eyes.

"I like that. Flexibility is key in our line of work. Maybe we'll get a chance to see how well we adapt together today."

Bakugo clenches his fists, unable to hide his frustration any longer. "Deku, quit trying to recruit her for your little games. We're here to complete a mission, not make friends."

Deku replies coolly but with a hint of challenge.

"Relax, Bakugo. I'm just trying to build some rapport. We're all on the same side here... for now."

The tension between Bakugo and Deku becomes palpable, and Rose can't help but find it amusing. She decides to push Bakugo a bit further.

"Oh, come on, Bakugo. Let the guy ask his questions. Who knows? Maybe I'll learn something useful."

Bakugo grunts, "If you want to learn something useful, stick with me, dammit. You don't need Deku's half-baked ideas."

The teams head out, moving quietly through the shadows toward their target. Deku continues to hover near Rose, occasionally making comments or asking questions, while Bakugo sticks close, his frustration simmering.

Deku speaks quietly to Rose as they move. "You know, Bakugo and I have always had... different approaches. He's more of a 'force first, ask questions later' kind of guy. Me? I like to keep things flexible, explore all the angles. You strike me as someone who appreciates that."

Rose chuckles softly, sensing Bakugo's irritation growing. "I don't know, Deku. Sometimes a direct approach is the best approach. But I do like having options."

Deku continues to keep an eye on Rose, clearly fascinated by her defiance and energy. "Rose," he says softly, falling back to walk beside her, "if things go sideways, stick with me. I think we could make a great team out there."

Bakugo can't take it anymore. He steps in front of both of them, his voice low but intense. "Enough, dammit. This isn't the time to play matchmaker, Deku. Focus on the mission or get out of my damn way."

Deku remains calm but holds a challenging tone.

"Touchy, touchy, Bakugo. I'm just trying to make sure we're all working well together. Isn't that what a good leader does?"

Bakugo's eyes flash with frustration, his protectiveness over Rose becoming more evident. He steps even closer, his tone low and edged with warning. "I don't need your damn advice on leadership, Deku. Just make sure you keep up."

They arrive at the target location—a heavily fortified hero headquarters. The building is surrounded by a high fence and patrolled by several heroes. Both teams gather in the shadows just outside the perimeter, waiting for the right moment to strike.

Deku turns to his team, giving quick instructions. "Uraraka, Asui, Iida—you know what to do. Create a distraction, make them think we're attacking from the west side. I'll be coordinating with Bakugo's team to breach from the east."
