The group sits around a large table in the hideout, their eyes glued to the television as a news report flashes on the screen. It's coverage of their mission from the night before—a successful heist to seize a rare, important part for something Kaminari has been building for months. The footage shows the aftermath of their attack on the hero convoy, the carnage left in their wake.

"...last night's villain attack has left several heroes in critical condition after a rare piece of technology was stolen. Authorities believe the device was being transported to a research facility when it was intercepted by a group of villains. Reports suggest that one of the attackers, known as 'Siphon,' drained nearly every hero's energy to the brink of death..."

Rose sits back in her chair, her arms crossed tightly over her chest as she watches the report. Her mind flashes back to the mission, to the way her quirk had spiraled out of control. She can still feel the surge of power she had drawn from the heroes, the overwhelming urge to drain them dry. If the others hadn't stopped her, she might have killed them all. "I'm losing it," she thinks bitterly, her chest tightening with guilt.

The news report cuts off, but the tension in the room remains. Kirishima, Kaminari, and Sero exchange uneasy glances, all of them remembering how violent she had been during the mission. They know she's struggling, but last night had shown just how dangerous things were getting.

Kirishima clears his throat, trying to break the silence. "We got what we needed, but..." He looks at her, his brow furrowed in concern. "You were pushing it out there. You almost drained them to death."

Rose's jaw tightens, her eyes narrowing as she stares at the floor. "I had it under control," she mutters, though she knows that's not true. She can feel the weight of their concern pressing down on her, but she doesn't want to talk about it. "I don't have time for this. We need to get Bakugo back."

Kaminari sighs, leaning forward. "Look, we all know you're struggling," he says gently. "But we need to stick to the plan. We're almost there. I finished building the system we need to get into the prison, but if something goes wrong..." He lets the words hang in the air, the implication clear. They can't afford any more reckless behavior.

The group gathers around the table, Kaminari pulling out a schematic of the prison. They've been working on this plan for months, carefully gathering everything they need. Now, with the final part in hand, they're ready to go over the details again.

Kaminari points to the weak point in the prison's structure, a section of the wall they've identified as the best place to break through. "This is where we'll hit," he explains. "We'll bring down this section of the wall with explosives. It's the only way we can get inside without triggering the entire security system. Rosalia's plan to bomb the place is risky, but it's our best shot."

Sero nods, though there's a hint of hesitation in his eyes. "We'll have to be precise. We can't afford to go overboard with the explosives. Just enough to breach the wall, not enough to bring the whole place down."

Rose watches them discuss the plan, her mind elsewhere. She knows they're right—it has to be precise. But all she can think about is getting to Bakugo. "I'll do whatever it takes." Her quirk hums under her skin, a constant reminder of the power she holds, and the dangerous path she's walking.

Meanwhile, in the maximum-security prison, Bakugo makes his way into the cafeteria for his 30-minute lunch break. The room is sterile, filled with other inmates, but Bakugo barely notices them. His mind is always on his group, on Rose. He hasn't heard anything about them in months, but today, something catches his eye.

As he walks past the television mounted in the corner of the cafeteria, Bakugo catches a glimpse of a news report. His heart skips a beat when he sees the footage—his group. Rosalia. Kaminari. They're alive. And they're still out there, causing chaos.

He smirks to himself, a small spark of pride flaring in his chest. "They're okay." He watches for a moment longer, the corner of his mouth curling into a grin. "What the hell are they up to?" He knows they wouldn't be showing their faces unless they had a plan. And if they're planning something, it means they haven't forgotten about him.
