The day after the mission with Todoroki's group, the team gathers in the strategy room. Bakugo stands at the head of the table, the stolen device in front of him. The team is relaxed but curious about what they risked their lives for.

Bakugo looks at the device, his expression serious. "This isn't a quirk enhancer," he begins, glancing at the group. "It's something more advanced. A device that can suppress certain types of technology that heroes rely on during missions."

Rose leans back in her chair, feeling restless. While Bakugo explains the device, her mind keeps drifting back to the battle the day before. More specifically, she can't stop thinking about the way his energy felt the last time she took it. "It's like I need it again," she thinks, frustrated with herself. "Like it's addictive."

Bakugo continues, "The heroes use tech—like communication jammers, surveillance drones, and detection systems—to track and stop villains. With this device, we can disrupt that tech, making it harder for them to find us."

Kirishima nods, "That's huge. So, what's the plan? Do we test it out on the next mission?"

Bakugo huffs, "We'll hold onto it for now. We need to figure out the best damn way to use it without drawing too much attention."

As the discussion continues, Rose tries to focus, but her thoughts are scattered. Every time she looks at Bakugo, she feels that pull again, like she needs to be near him, to touch him, to drain his energy. It's unsettling, and she doesn't want to admit how badly she craves it.

"Why does it feel like this?" she wonders, gripping the edge of the table. "Why does his energy feel so different from anyone else's? Why do I want it so badly?" She glances at Bakugo again, but quickly looks away when their eyes briefly meet. "No way I'm telling him. He'd never let me hear the end of it."

Rose forces herself to focus on the mission, but she can't shake the feeling. It's like a constant itch she can't scratch—this growing desire for his energy. "I can't let this get to me," she tells herself. "It's just his quirk. It doesn't mean anything."

With no immediate missions on the horizon, the group decides to take a day off. Kaminari suggests they go out incognito to blend in with the crowds, giving them a chance to relax and blow off some steam.

Kaminari grins as he pulls on a baseball cap and sunglasses. "Alright, guys, let's hit the town! It's been way too long since we had a day off."

Sero chuckles, "Yeah, and we don't get many chances to go out in public without heroes tailing us. Let's make the most of it."

Kirishima chimes in enthusiastically, "I'm down! We've earned it."

Bakugo, less enthusiastic but willing to go along with the plan, pulls on a dark hoodie and adjusts his cap. "Fine. But stay under the radar, dammit. I'm not in the mood to deal with any trouble today."

Rose, still feeling on edge, grabs her own disguise—a casual jacket and a beanie. She's hoping the fresh air and a distraction will help clear her head, but the nagging feeling of wanting Bakugo's energy hasn't gone away. "Maybe getting out will help," she thinks, but deep down, she knows it won't be that simple.

The group blends into the bustling city, walking through crowded streets and checking out shops. It's a rare chance to feel normal, and the group enjoys the atmosphere, laughing and joking around. But the tension between Bakugo and Rose remains.

She walks a little behind the group, her mind still distracted. Every time Bakugo is nearby, she feels the pull again, like a magnet drawing her closer. But despite her internal protests, she can't help but watch him as he talks with the others, his usual confident, intense demeanor making it even harder for her to shake the feeling.

Kaminari, completely unaware of the tension, grins as he pulls Rose toward a nearby store. "Come on, Siphon! Let's check out this shop. They've got the best food in the city."

Rose forces a smile, "Yeah, sure. Let's go."

The group wanders through the city, enjoying the break from their usual routine. But for Rose, the distraction only works for a little while. As they walk, Bakugo occasionally brushes past her, and every time he does, it's like a jolt—a reminder of what she craves.

At one point, the group splits up briefly to check out different parts of the city. She finds herself alone with Bakugo for a few minutes as they walk through a quieter street.

The silence between them is thick with unspoken tension. Rose can feel her pulse quicken just being near him, and it's driving her crazy. She wants to say something, but she's afraid of what might slip out if she does.

Bakugo walks beside her, glancing at her out of the corner of his eye. He's noticed something off about her lately—how she's been on edge, like she's avoiding something. He wonders if it's the aftereffects of the power surge, but he doesn't push her to talk. Not yet.

The two of them walk in silence, the tension between them growing. Rose feels the urge to reach out, to grab his hand and take just a little bit of his energy—but she stops herself, clenching her fists to resist the temptation.

Rose forces a casual tone, "You think the others will actually behave today?"

Bakugo shrugs, "Probably not. Kaminari's a walking disaster."

She laughs softly, but the sound feels hollow to her ears. She's barely paying attention to the conversation, her thoughts still consumed by the pull of his energy.

As they turn a corner, Bakugo brushes past her, and for a split second, Rose almost reaches out to grab his hand. The craving is so strong, it feels like her body is moving on its own.

"No, stop," she thinks, pulling her hand back just before she makes contact. "What am I doing? I can't—"

Bakugo senses her hesitation and glances at her, noticing the way she almost reached out. "You good?" he asks, his tone blunt but not unkind.

Rose responds quickly, "Yeah, I'm fine. Just... tired."

Bakugo replies with an emotionless expression, "You sure? You've been off lately."

Her heart skips a beat at his question, but she forces a smile. "I'm fine. Just need some rest."

But even as she says it, she knows it's not the truth. She needs more than rest—she needs the energy that only Bakugo can give her. And that's what scares her the most.

They eventuallyrejoin the rest of the group, and the tension between Rose and Bakugo remainsunspoken. The others don't notice the shift, too caught up in their own fun,but for her, the craving lingers, unresolved and frustrating.
