It's a quiet morning at the headquarters. The group has been on a series of minor missions lately, and the tension is running high. Bakugo decides it's time for a break, both to give everyone some time to relax and to create an opportunity for him to be alone with Rose.

Bakugo gathers the team in the common area, his tone unusually calm. "Alright, listen up. We're taking a damn day off. Go get some air, grab supplies, whatever you need. Just stay incognito and don't draw attention. Sero, Kaminari, Kirishima—you handle the shopping. Keep it low-key."

Kirishima grins, "You got it, Bakugo. Don't worry, we'll keep a low profile."

Kaminari teases, "Does this mean we get to pick the snacks too?"

Bakugo snorts, "Yeah, yeah, just don't blow our cover by arguing over potato chips."

Sero smiles, "Got it, boss. We'll keep it cool."

The team grabs their gear and heads out, leaving Bakugo and Rose behind. There's a moment of silence as the door closes, and Bakugo turns to her, his expression more serious now.

Rose senses that something is up. She watches him closely, noticing the way his eyes are sharper, more focused than usual. "So, what's this really about, Bakugo? I know you didn't just give them the day off out of the goodness of your heart."

Bakugo smirks slightly, "You're damn right. I didn't. We need to train, dumbass. I want to see how our quirks really work together."

Rose raises an eyebrow, "Training, huh? And here I thought you just wanted some alone time with me."

Bakugo huffs, "Don't flatter yourself. This is about figuring out if there's any damn strategic advantage to your quirk and mine working together. If we can make it work, it could be a game-changer on missions."

Bakugo leads her to a large, open space inside their headquarters that they use for training exercises. The room is filled with various training equipment, including dummies, targets, and reinforced walls for Bakugo's explosions.

Bakugo crosses his arms, watching Rose closely. "Alright, here's the deal. You're going to try and drain my energy again, but this time, we're going to see if you can use it to enhance your own abilities—make your moves faster, your hits harder. And I want to see if I can still fight like I did last time, even after you've taken some of my strength."

Rose looks at him curiously, "You're really that eager to let me drain you again, huh?"

Bakugo remains serious, "I need to know if there's something different about my damn energy—if it reacts to your quirk in a unique way. And if it does, we can use that to our advantage."

Rose nods, feeling a mix of excitement and tension. "Alright, I'm game. Let's see what happens."

She takes a deep breath, stepping closer to Bakugo. She places her hand on his arm again, this time more intentionally, her expression focused as she starts to drain his energy.

"Here we go again," she thinks, feeling the familiar surge of power as Bakugo's energy flows into her. But once again, she notices that his energy feels different—stronger, more intense, almost like it's alive.

Bakugo watches her carefully, feeling the familiar warmth spreading from where her hand touches him. He braces himself, wanting to feel that sensation again, to understand why it feels so different from anything else he's experienced.

Rose speaks quietly, almost to herself, "It's happening again... it's like your energy is... explosive."

They're standing close, their eyes locked as she drains just enough energy to feel a noticeable change. Rose's body feels charged, like electricity coursing through her veins. She pulls away slightly, surprised by how much stronger she feels.

Bakugo watches her, "Whoa... damn, this is incredible."

Bakugo watches, a small smirk forming on his lips. "Good. Now, let's see if I can still fight the same."

Bakugo steps forward, positioning himself in front of another target. He takes a deep breath, feeling the slight drain from Rose's quirk but still sensing the energy within him—almost like it's replenishing itself.

"Come on... don't hold back," he thinks. He releases a controlled explosion from his palm, and to his surprise, it's just as powerful, if not more, than before.

Rose watches with wide eyes. "How... how are you still so strong? I took a decent amount of energy from you."

Bakugo grins, "I told you... my energy's different. It's like... the more I use it, the more it builds up again."

Rose steps closer, her curiosity piqued. "Your quirk... it's like it's self-sustaining. No wonder it feels so explosive when I take your strength."

Bakugo responds, almost intrigued, "Yeah... and maybe, when you take it, it gives you a boost too. Like a jump-start to a car battery."

The room grows quiet, the intensity of their shared discovery hanging in the air. Rose feels her heart racing, not just from the training but from the proximity to Bakugo, from the intensity in his eyes.

Bakugo takes a step closer, his voice lower, more serious. "You feel it too, don't you? There's something about the way our quirks work together... something that feels... different."

Rose nods and softly speaks, "Yeah... I don't know what it is, but I do."

They stand there, just inches apart, the air between them charged with something neither can quite define. For a moment, it feels like they're on the edge of something—something they're both afraid to acknowledge but can't ignore.

Suddenly, Bakugo pulls back, turning away slightly. "Alright, that's enough for today," he says, his tone back to its usual gruffness. "We've got what we need for now."

They end the trainingsession, both clearly affected but trying to hide it. As they leave the room, there's an awkward silence, the tension still hanging in the air.
