It's late, and the rest of the group has gone to their rooms for the night. Rose has been tossing and turning, her mind racing with thoughts about leaving the team. The craving for Bakugo's energy, the emotional toll, and the pressure of their missions have been weighing on her. Unable to take it anymore, she finds herself outside Kaminari's room, knowing that if anyone will listen, it's him.

She knocks softly on the door, feeling a knot tighten in her chest. "Maybe I shouldn't be doing this," she thinks, but before she can change her mind, the door opens and Kaminari's grinning face appears.

"Hey, what's up?" he says, his usual cheerfulness evident even this late at night. But as he sees the look on her face, his smile falters. "You okay?"

Rose sighs, "Can I come in?"

Kaminari steps aside, his expression growing serious as she enters the room. She sits on the edge of his bed, her hands clasped tightly in her lap, struggling to find the right words. Kaminari shuts the door and sits beside her, his concern growing.

"What's going on, Rose?" he asks gently.

Rose takes a deep breath, her heart pounding. "I've been thinking about leaving," she says quietly, the words feeling heavy as they leave her lips. She can't bring herself to look at him, afraid of what his reaction might be.

Kaminari's eyes widen, his body going still. For a moment, he doesn't say anything, too shocked to process what he's just heard. "Leaving?" he repeats, his voice tight. "Like... leaving the team?"

Rose nods, "Yeah. I don't know if I can keep doing this. The missions, the constant tension... everything with my quirk. It's getting to be too much."

She runs a hand through her hair, her voice trembling slightly. "I'm afraid my quirk is becoming dangerous. I don't know how much longer I can control it, especially with everything going on between me and Bakugo." She finally looks at Kaminari, her eyes filled with worry. "What if I hurt someone? What if I hurt him?"

Kaminari's chest tightens, panic rising in his throat. "But you can't leave," he says, his voice urgent. "You're too important to this team. We need you. I need you." His words are rushed, and there's a hint of desperation in his tone.

Rose looks at him, her heart aching at the raw emotion in his voice. "I knew this would hurt him," she thinks, guilt settling in her chest. "Denki..."

Kaminari reaches out, grabbing her hands. "No, listen. I get that it's hard—I know things with Bakugo are complicated, but... I can't imagine doing this without you. You're my best friend, Rosalia. I don't want you to go."

Kaminari's eyes are pleading, his grip on her hands tightening slightly. "I know I'm being selfish, but I don't care. I don't want to lose you. Not to your quirk, not to this whole mess with Bakugo... I just want you to stay."

Rose's heart clenches as she hears the emotion in his voice. She can see how much her decision would hurt him, and it makes her question whether leaving is really the answer. "Denki, I don't want to hurt anyone," she says softly. "I don't want to hurt you."

"You won't," Kaminari says quickly. "You've always been in control, Rose. We can figure this out. We can help you figure this out." He gives her a small, reassuring smile, though there's still a hint of desperation in his eyes. "Just... don't leave. Please."

Rose looks down at their joined hands, the weight of her decision pressing heavily on her. "Leaving might be the easiest option," she thinks, "but it's not the right one." The thought of abandoning the people she cares about, especially Kaminari, feels like too much.

She takes a deep breath, her heart pounding. "I don't know if I'm ready to make a decision yet," she admits quietly. "But... I'll think about what you said. I won't do anything without talking to you first."

Kaminari lets out a breath he didn't realize he was holding, relief flooding through him. "That's all I'm asking," he says softly. "Just promise me you won't leave without saying goodbye."

Rose smiles faintly, "I promise."

The tension in the room eases slightly, but the heaviness of the conversation still lingers. Kaminari gives her a reassuring pat on the shoulder, his usual grin returning, though there's a hint of worry still in his eyes.

"Besides," he says with a playful smirk, "who else is going to keep me sane in this group of lunatics? You're the only one who gets my sense of humor."

Rose chuckles softly, the tension in her chest loosening a little. "Yeah, I guess I can't leave you to deal with them alone."

As they sit in silence for a moment, the bond between them feels stronger than ever. Rose knows the decision is still weighing on her, but Kaminari's words have given her something to think about. She's not alone in this—maybe she doesn't have to face it all by herself.
