It's been months since Bakugo was captured, and the weight of his imprisonment is beginning to wear on him. He's been placed in solitary confinement more times than he can count, his defiant nature making him a target for fights and punishment. The guards and heroes that patrol the prison know he's dangerous, and they keep a close eye on him at all times. He's only allowed out of his cell for one hour a day in the sun, and he's given just 30 minutes for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served in his cell, a cold reminder of his isolation.

Bakugo stares up at the ceiling of his cell, his fists clenched at his sides. "It's been months." The isolation, the lack of freedom—it all grates on him, but he refuses to let it break him. He knows they're watching him, waiting for him to slip, but he won't give them the satisfaction. "I've survived worse."

Still, there's a gnawing feeling in his chest, a sense that something is wrong. He can't explain it, but it's like he can feel Rose's presence, even though she's miles away. "She needs me." The thought torments him, knowing that she can't come to him—if she did, she'd be captured too. He hates the idea that she's out there, struggling, and he can't do anything to help her.

Bakugo has always been a fighter, and prison hasn't changed that. He's gotten into more fights than he can count—whether it's with other inmates or the guards themselves. He refuses to take shit from anyone, and his reputation has only grown as a result. The other prisoners fear him, and even the guards keep their distance when they can.

He can still feel the sting of the last fight he was in, the bruises on his knuckles a dull reminder of the constant tension in the prison. "They think they can break me." The guards had tried to pull him off the guy he'd been fighting, but Bakugo didn't stop until he'd made his point. It earned him another round of solitary confinement, but he doesn't care.

He smirks to himself, the memory of the guards' nervous expressions flashing through his mind. "They're scared of me." And they should be. He may be locked up, but he's not powerless. Not yet.

Bakugo's time in solitary is long and suffocating, the walls of his cell closing in on him with every passing hour. It's during these moments of isolation that his mind drifts most often to Rose. He can't stop thinking about her—how she's holding up, what she's doing, if she's still fighting.

He closes his eyes, leaning his head back against the cold wall of his cell. "She's out there, somewhere." He knows she's still alive—he can feel it. But it's like a weight on his chest, this constant pull toward her, a craving for her energy that he can't satisfy. "She needs me."

The thought burns through him like fire, and it only makes his confinement harder to bear. He can picture her, exhausted and struggling without his energy. It makes his blood boil, the idea that she's out there suffering while he's stuck in this cell. "I swear I'll get out of here." He slams his fist against the wall, the impact reverberating through the small room.

The heroes assigned to patrol the prison have been briefed on Bakugo's history, his power, and his defiance. They know he's a ticking time bomb, and they keep their distance as much as possible. One hero, standing near the guard, shakes his head. "We need to keep him locked down. No more chances."

Bakugo is only allowed out of his cell for an hour a day to get some sunlight. These moments are the closest thing to freedom he has, and he uses them to gather his strength, to remind himself that he's still alive, still fighting.

Bakugo steps out into the small, enclosed yard, the sunlight hitting his face for the first time in hours. He breathes in deeply, his muscles tense with pent-up energy. "I'm not done yet." He glances around, noting the other prisoners keeping their distance. None of them dare to come near him.

He feels the familiar burn of his quirk, suppressed but not gone. "I'll get out of here. And when I do..." His thoughts drift back to Rosalia, the pull of her energy stronger than ever. He clenches his fists, determination burning in his chest. "I'll come back to her."
