Tiny POV

When Lily walked out of the clubhouse holding a pink pastry box, I knew someone had let her in the kitchen. Then again, I don't know anyone who can say no to Lily. Especially if it means they get the privilege of tasting whatever she made.

We drove to a park near the edge of town and watched the sunset together. Lily shared her wish and dream for this year, and I soaked in every word, wanting to ensure it all came true. I knew she didn't see her growth over the last few weeks and how far she had come from the person she once was, but it was truly amazing.

Lily's eyes moved to the pastry box, and she pushed it towards me. Sensing my curiosity, she laughed. "Go ahead."

"I gave the others explicit instructions to keep you out of the kitchen today. Then again, I don't think I could have stopped you if I tried," I joked, and her smile returned.

Inside the box sat a beautifully decorated cake, and I smiled. There was a perfectly piped sunshine and a motorcycle with the word "yes" underneath it. I looked over to Lily, who held her breath, nervous, when she had no reason to be.

I cupped her face and crushed her soft lips against mine, and it didn't take long before Lily melted into me. Her hands traveled up my chest, pulling me closer, and I loved it. I trailed kisses down her neck, leaving love bites on her soft skin, and when Lily fisted my shirt, I pulled away, not wanting things to go too far.

A deep blush took over Lily's neck and face as she looked around and remembered we were in public. She buried her face in her hands. But that last thing I wanted. I grabbed her hands and gently pulled them away from her face.

"There is no reason to be embarrassed, Sunshine. Feel it all, and enjoy it," I encouraged.

Lily took a deep breath and leaned into me, mumbling, "So, does that mean you accept my answer?"

I laughed, really laughed.

If this girl thinks I would ever turn her, or her cake down, then she is insane! What Lily made is the most thoughtful gift anyone has ever given me.

"Sunshine, you could have said no, and I would still protect and love you. But you made me another favorite southern dessert, Kentucky bourbon cake, and I can't say no to that, or you!" I beamed.

Lily laughed and snuggled into me as we watched the rest of the sun disappear. I couldn't resist trying the cake frosting, and when Lily reprimanded me, I put some on her nose, which started a small frosting war. When the last light faded and we cleaned up the frosting, we drove back to the clubhouse, where we could hear the party in the backyard from the driveway.

Grabbing Lily's hand, we headed towards the party and saw Killer manning the grill with Whiskey while Tiger was glued to Ace's side, along with the ever-growing German Shepard, Dakota.

"What are we celebrating?" Lily asked, confused, as Gears walked over.

"To celebrate you and Callie coming home," I explained, as if it was obvious.

"But didn't we celebrate my birthday last night?" she asked.

"We told you the Phoenix Riders like to party, right?" Gears laughed, handing us two nonalcoholic drinks. "Last night was a pre-birthday celebration. Tonight is a Rider party." But Lily still looked confused.

"What Gears is trying to say is last night was family, and tonight will be the town," I smiled, pointing to the drinks table.

Pops, Nathan, and Hope gathered around Kayla and baby Callie, and Lily's eyes twinkled. "Go on, Sunshine. Enjoy your night," I said, kissing her head, and she practically skipped over to them.

"So," Gears said, slapping my back. "What did you two do the last two hours?"

I motioned to the cake sitting on the table and smiled. "We ate some cake, and Lily is officially mine."

Gears congratulated me, and we talked for a while before I saw Killer pulling the food off the grill and asking everyone to gather around. I quickly snuck off to my room, scaling the tree to the roof that connects to my room, and returned with the item without notice. Except Tiger, who gave me the side eye.

She notices everything.

I sat with Lily, kissing her hand before Killer said grace, welcomed our guests, and we all dug in. Lily's laugh carried above the chatter as Nathan and Hope filled Lily in with all the Diner drama and gossiped about what they had heard or seen since she left, while Pops happily sat back and listened. He struggled to accept that he wouldn't see Lily every day, but he wanted her to be happy.

After clearing dinner, Whiskey, Gears, and I carried out two birthday cakes, and we all sang Happy Birthday to Lily and Callie. We placed the large cake in front of Lily and the smaller one in front of Kayla and Callie and waited for them to make their wishes and blow out their candles.

No one said you get only one birthday wish.

They blew out the candles, making their wishes, and we all dug in. I could tell Lily hated the attention, but there was one more thing we had to do before disappearing. Clearing my throat, I stood up, getting everyone's attention.

"Thank you all for being here and celebrating Lily's eighteenth birthday, and Callie too, of course," I teased, earning laughs. "But we are also celebrating bringing another Old Lady into the family."

Everyone cheered, and I pulled out the cut I made for Lily and held it up. Blushing, she stood, and I helped her slip it on before crashing my lips against hers, showing everyone that Lily was mine. I could feel her rigid body slightly relax, but I knew she couldn't fully with all eyes on us. I pulled away, brushed some hair behind her ear, and winked.

The girls dragged Lily to our makeshift dance floor. She swayed to the beat of the music, and I couldn't keep my eyes off of my long-legged Sunshine. Ace, Whiskey, Blade, and I sat together, sipping beer and talking about what Lily and I had planned for the future.

"I won't rush Lily into anything. We are going to look at apartments and take things slow. No engagement, marriage, or babies on the horizon as far as I know," I laughed, tipping my beer to them, and they laughed.

"Good luck, brother," Blade said and joined his wife.

I finished my drink and joined Lily, who wore her new Rider cut, and the others dancing. I pulled her against my body, earning a gasp and reddened cheeks from Sunshine. To keep her from running away from embarrassment, I gripped her hips and held her against me, soaking her in and trying my best to hide the hard-on she gave me.

"Are you having a good time?" I asked, looking down at Lily.

Lily looked up, her blue eyes sparkled as she said, "Best birthday ever."

We danced till Lily turned around, wrapped her arms around my neck, and gave me a sheepish smile. She pushed her body against mine and I smirked, understanding her intentions perfectly.

We said goodnight to the others and headed up to my room. I pulled Lily through the door, closing it behind her, and pushed her against the wall, trapping her body against mine, and she whimpered.

The night is just getting started, Sunshine.
