Tiny POV

Walking down to Sean's cell, I remembered the first time I saw the bruises on Lily. How tired and beat down she always seemed at work, all because of the suffering she experienced at home, and I never knew. Sean didn't seem remorseful for what he did, but he will.

Opening his cell door, I could hear his groaning and mumbling about needing more of something. I closed the door and saw Sean sitting, tied to a wooden stool, looking even more pathetic than when we found him. Sweat drenched his clothes, his brown shaggy hair matted to his head, and his eyes were red from the withdrawals. He looked like shit.

Good.

Sean picked up his head up enough to see me and smirked.

"Come to ask me where the little slut is?" he laughed. "Good luck. You'll never find her."

I remained silent, knowing he would give me everything I wanted to know before I beat him within an inch of his life. If there is one thing Sean is good at, it is talking, and he doesn't know when to shut up.

"So you're telling me you handed Lily over to these men without a second thought? Lily was your perfect girl, trained by you for what you wanted, and you just gave that up without a fight? I expected more from you, honestly," I taunted, forcing the bile from my words back down.

"I didn't just hand her over! They told me if I didn't they would kill me, and no slut, no matter how obedient they are, is worth my life!" Sean spits out, furious at my accusation.

It amazes me how men can regard women, whom they supposedly love, as an object who means nothing to them. This is why I joined my brothers in The Phoenix Riders, to prevent women like Lily from experiencing this type of pain and lifestyle. My brothers and I show them there is a way out, and we can help.

"Where is she?" I gritted out, shaking with anger.

"I don't know, and I hope you never find her!" Sean spit out. That was my last straw.

In two steps, I stood in front of him and punched in so hard that his stool tipped over, causing Sean to hit his head on the concrete. He mumbled something incoherent, but I ignored him and went to town. Everywhere Lily had a bruise on her body, Sean would have one to match, except his bones wouldn't fracture but break. Shatter.

Eventually, his body gave out, and the only noise I could hear was my fist against his body. I stopped, catching my breath, and stared at Sean's still body. The cell door opened, and I knew it was Gears.

"Did they give you anything?" he asked.

I turned to him, anger still coursing through me, and Gears could tell we were still nowhere closer to finding Lily than before.

We exited the cell, and I headed to my room to shower and wash off the blood. Opening the bathroom door, I stared at the half-finished room and broke down, sitting on the floor and crying for the first time in years.

This was not the plan. Lily should be here, enjoying her new bathroom and soaker tub. Not me. I did all of this for her, and now I don't know if, after we find her, she will want to stay. I failed to keep her safe and now she may never feel safe with me or my brothers.

Twenty minutes passed before I pulled myself together, exited the bathroom, and closed the door behind me. I grabbed clean clothes and used Gears' shower instead. After quickly showering, I got dressed and headed to Hawk's office.

I didn't bother knocking and entered. Hawk looked over his monitors at me, playing with his lip ring, and nodded to the TV, asking, "Feel better after your little visit?"

Hawk had the cell cameras pulled up, and I could see an unconscious Sean and Chains.

"No. They are only good for working out. Not information," I huffed. "Hoping you can help with that."

"I'll start by saying Slasher and others are still in the wind. But come look at this," Hawk said, motioning me to come look at his monitors.

I moved behind his desk, leaning against the window behind him. "I knocked off one of the five location possibilities and found a money trail. Kings of East and the Devil's Disciples started talking six months ago. They made three small deposits to the Disciples, probably for trial drugs, before placing the big shipment we intercepted. However, there is no trace of communication about the buying or selling of girls. Including the ones we found in the truck. Hopefully, Ace has better luck getting answers out of the Disciples we do have."

"That's the most I've ever heard you talk in one go, and you gave me nothing," I laughed.

Hawk shrugged and returned to his computer, and I took that as my sign to leave. I saw Tiger, Kayla, Whiskey, and Gears eating at the bar. Tiger's eyes met mine, and I could tell she was doing about as well as I was. She always gets anxious when Ace interrogates anyone, especially someone who takes one of ours and traffics them.

"I don't think I can eat," Kayla huffed, pushing away her plate and rubbing her large belly.

"Please, love. Just a little more. You've hardly eaten all day," Whiskey pleaded, worried about his wife.

Kayla burst into tears, and Whiskey pulled her into his lap, stroking her hair, trying to calm her down and not upset the baby. "How can I eat when Lily is still missing?! She's probably terrified and wondering what the hell is going on or if we are even looking for her. It's terrifying, sitting alone with your thoughts," Kayla cried. "I would know!"

"Hey, you know we'll find her. Plus, she's smart and knows how to make the best of a terrible situation," Tiger reasoned, grabbing Kayla's hand, and her cries subsided.

Red, tear-filled eyes met mine, and Kayla panicked. "I'm sorry Tiny. I know-"

"It's okay, Kayla. We're all worried, but Lily is lucky to have a friend like you. Tiger is right. Lily is smart, and we will find her," I strained out, hoping it would calm Kayla and the others.

The problem is we are running out of time. I am about to grab Gears, ask Hawk for the list of homes, and search for Lily myself. Waiting around isn't helping, and I am losing my damn mind without her by my side.

A small, icy hand reached for mine, pulling me from my thoughts. "Don't do anything stupid. Lily will need you whole when she comes back," Tiger whispered, getting up from the bar.
