As they made their way down to Hagrid's cabin, Ron continued to beam from his performance during his trial.

"I thought I was going to miss that fourth shot. It was a tricky one, the one Demelza shot, it had a bit of a spin on it—"

"Yes, yes, you were amazing." Hermione said looking amused by Ron's enthusiasm.

"I did way better than McLaggen," Ron continued. "Did you see his shot that went the opposite direction? It almost looked like he'd been Confunded..."

Harry and Céline both looked at Hermione who had turn a dark shade of red. Ron though, failed to notice as he continued on about his other penalties.

"You sneaky little—" Céline whispered, but was cut short with Hermione elbowing her side. They both stifled their giggles.

Their heard the clicking of Buckbeaks sharp beak as it turned his head to watch them.

"Oh, he's still a bit scary isn't he." Hermione said nervously.

"You've ridden him already though." Ron said.

"Have you?" Céline asked as she approached with Harry and bowed as the large creature without breaking eye contact. After a moment, Buckbeak returned the bow. The two of them approached and began to caress Buckbeak's feathers.

"How are you?" Céline asked the Hippogriff in a soft and gentle tone.

"Missing him?" Harry asked, stroking his head, "but you're alright here with Hagrid, aren't you?"

"Oi!" Said a loud voice.

Hagrid came out of the cabin wearing a large flowery apron and carrying a sack of potatoes. Fang emerged next to him and bolted towards them in excitement.

"Get away from there, or he'll have yer fingers— oh, it yeh lot." Hagrid looked at them briefly before turning around, re-entering his cabin, slamming the door behind him.

"Oh dear!" Hermione said startled.

"Don't worry about it." Said Harry, making his way to the door and banging on it. "Open the door, Hagrid! We want to talk to you!"

There was no sound from the other side.

"If you don't open, I'll blast it open!" Harry said, pulling his wand out.

"Harry, what are you doing!" Céline shouted alarmed

"You can't possibly—" Hermione looked at him shocked.

"Yeah, I can!" Harry said, "stand back—"

But before he could even point his wand to the door, it flew open and Hagrid looked at him absolutely furious.

"I'm a teacher!" Roared Hagrid, "A teacher, Potter! How dare yeh threaten yeh break down my door!"

"Sorry, sir." Harry said.

"Sir? Since when have yeh called me sir?" Hagrid looked at him surprised, possibly hurt.

"Since when did you call me Potter?" Harry asked.

Hagrid narrowed his eyes at him, "oh I see, very clever." Grumbled Hagrid. "Very funny, outsmartin' me. Alrigh' come in... you ungrateful little...." He stepped aside and let the four of them enter his cabin.

He mumbled under his breath and turned to them as they all sat down around is large table.

"Well?" He said looking at them all grumpily, "what is it? Feelin' sorry for me? Thinkin' I'm lonely?"

"No, Hagrid." Céline said, "we missed you. We wanted to see you."

"Missed me, have yeh?" He scoffed, "yeah, righ'" He made his way over to his copper kettle and shortly after he slammed four large bucket sized mugs in front of them and a plate of his rock cakes, which Harry immediately took one. Then he sat down and began to peel his potatoes.
