Céline made her way to the hospital wing after hearing later on about Harry's accident. She and Draco had left the Room of Hidden Things together, leaving Crabbe and Goyle very confused as to how she got in there without them knowing. When they were going to question her, when Draco told them to drop it. They were going down the marble staircase hand in hand when they hear the cheers of celebration from Hufflepuff and not long after they overheard how the game went. Harry had been hit in the head with a Bludger, by his own reckless teammate no less, resulting to having a cracked skull.
Horrified by the news Céline looked at Draco, he knew she wanted to go check on him. As much as he disliked Harry and how they were on friendly terms again, he let her go.
So now, there Céline sat next to Harry's bed. Ginny was already there and she was the one who recounted the match to her and Ron who was also sitting next to them on his own bed.
"McLaggen is an idiot. Please tell me you and your team dealt with him?" Céline said to Ginny before looking back to an unconscious Harry.
"We did, at least, we did enough, I'm sure Harry will want a piece of him when he comes to." Ginny said.
"What a prat." Said Ron, shaking his head. Céline nodded in agreement. They all sat there for a moment before Ginny stood up.
"Well, I'd better get going. I'm suppose to meet Dean after this." Ginny said looking at her brother and then Céline. "I'll see you guys later." The two of them waved at her as she left the hospital room.
Céline stayed there for another hour before she also left. Madame Pomfrey had told her that Harry and Ron would be discharged tomorrow morning. She went back to the common room to see Draco, Daphne, Tracey and Theo sitting on the leather couches. It has been a long time since she's seen all of them together. Draco notices her and pats the empty spot next to him.
She plops down next to him and his arm naturally wraps around her shoulders. "This is a rare sight." Daphne says looking at all of them with a grin, "we haven't sat like this all year. For a moment I thought we weren't friends anymore."
Theo smirks, "I've been busy." He said simply.
Tracey rolls her eyes at him as she looks up from her book, "Busy snogging any Slytherin girl that comes your way." She said
Theo rests his elbows in his lap as he leans forward and smirks flirtatiously, "I haven't snogged you, have I?" He said.
Tracey looks at him with distaste, "Your flirting helped realize that I'm into girls."
Theo's eyes widened slightly before he smirks even more, "I'm open minded." He said mischievously. He then looks between her and Daphne who was stifling her laughter. "Are you two..." He trails off the question.
Daphne and Tracey both shake their heads, "no, I like guys." Daphne said, Theo opened his mouth but she held her hand up to cut him off, "specifically, a tall, slightly older, red headed man who owns a joke shop." She added.
Céline coughs out a laugh. Theo on the other hand shuts his mouth and leans back into the couch disappointedly, his ego looks a little hurt too. He looks at Céline and sighs, "I can't even joke with you, because Malfoy there looks like he's ready to kill me if I even try." He said.
Céline looked next to her and sees Draco glaring at Theo. His hand pulled Céline closer to him, "hmm, you're right, for your sake, it's best you don't." Céline said with a smile. The others laugh and continue to joke and conversate. Céline couldn't help but look at all of them and think how nice it was for her friends to all be sitting together again. It has been so long since the last time they've done this. She rested her head on Draco's shoulder as she watched and listen to them all talk, while Draco absentmindedly traced circles on her upper arm.
