A/N this was meant to be a sickfic but I couldn't be bothered to finish it xx

"Where were you?" Taylor growled as Travis stepped into the house. Her arms were crossed over her chest, her expression angry.
"What?" Travis asked, completely oblivious to the storm brewing inside of Taylor as he set his stuff down.
"You're three hours late Travis! I was getting worried, you weren't answering my calls!" She shouted.
"I just got caught up with work, it's not that big of a deal" Travis rolled his eyes, crossing his arms as he leant back against a chair.

He locked eyes with Taylor, and the first thing he noticed was how tired her expression was. Her nose red, her cheeks flushed, her skin pale and clammy. Her eyes were red rimmed and she looked exhausted, but her anger still shone through, overshadowing it all.

"Except it is a big deal! I was worried Travis, you need to tell me when you're going to be home late!" She practically screamed.
"Stop being so controlling, oh my god! You're not my mother!" Travis yelled back, matching her anger.
"I'm not being controlling! I just-" she gasped as a wave of dizziness hit her. She stumbled forwards, catching herself against the chair as the world spun around her.

"Hey, hey, why don't you sit down for a sec" Travis's tone immediately softened as he noticed the change in Taylor's demeanour, his face furrowing with worry.
"No, I'm fine" Taylor mumbled, her knuckles turning white as she gripped the wood of the chair.

"Taylor" Travis stepped forwards, his hands gently cupping her elbows.
"Don't touch me!" Taylor cried, stumbling back. But evidently this movement was too much for her body as she fell forwards, her hand catching herself in the table as the other went to her head.
"Taylor" Travis said again, this time with more urgency. He stepped towards her, placing a gentle hand on her back. The other went around her arm, trying to offer her support. This time Taylor didn't pull away, she barely registered his touch.
"Come on, let's get you sat down" he told her worriedly. She nodded weakly, leaning into his touch as he led her over to the sofa.

They had barely made it two steps when her eyes rolled back in her head and she fell into Travis, promptly passing out.
"Shit, Taylor!" Travis exclaimed, carefully lowering her to the floor. He cradled her head in his hands as he tried to shake her awake, at the same time calling her name frantically.

Eventaully she came around, wincing as she squinted up at the bright light. She groaned, propping herself up as her stomach lurched. She leant to the side, throwing up all her food from the day over the kitchen floor. Travis held her close, one hand holding her hair back and the other rubbing her back gently as she puked up her guts.
"That's it, youre okay" he soothed as she leant back into him, panting.

"I don't feel good" she mumbled, leaning her head back against his shoulder.
"I know baby, let's get you to bed, yeah?" He helped her up, taking most of her weight as they stumbled out the room. He helped her up the stairs and into bed, tucking her in.
"You just rest, okay?" He whispered, brushing her hair back from her forehead and placing a kiss there.
