O: can you take over I needa finish getting ready

I rolled off the bed putting my phone in my back pocket and headed to the kitchen.

B: what am I doing

O: ok so the pancake mix is already made just pour it in and the sausage is almost done

B: wait what?? I thought you meant help with the kids

O: that would also be lovely from time to time but no I meant with breakfast

B: you know I can't cook!

O: all you need to do is pour it in the waffle maker and watch it!

B: that's a lot

O: do it Giselle

She said firmly.

I blew my breath walking around the island. The sausage looked like they were doing their thing on the stove so I grabbed the pancake mix.

B: why is the pancake mix yellow?

O: it's supposed to be..? I put eggs in there

I gasped.

B: why would you do that!

O: I been doing that??

B: I don't like eggs

O: you can't even taste them!

B: you're trying to kill me

I poured the mix into the waffle maker.

B: is it supposed to be smoking?

O: yes that means it's cooking

B: okay

O: did you check on the sausage

B: yea they look fine

O: Beyonce take them off the stove!

B: you said watch them!

O: Beyonce please it's one of them days where I'll slap the sh*t outta you and ask questions later

I rolled my eyes.

I took the sausage off the stove and started getting plates out.

Gigi: hi mama

B: hi baby

S: why are you cooking

B: you don't have to eat
