The house was quieter than usual after the film premiere. The younger twins Sir and Gigi were bouncing with excitement, hoping to share their 'masterpiece' with the world. But I had other plans.

B: Listen, you two... this video cannot go anywhere. Do not post it. Especially the part with your sister and...Idris.

I rolled eyes saying his name, me and jay were furious at the situation. I mean how could someone put their hands on our sweet baby girl?? And why didnt she tell us???

G: But Mom! It's funny!

B: This isn't funny. There's personal stuff in there.

The younger twins' faces fell. No global premiere for their masterpiece? Disaster.

Sir: But what about class? We're getting a grade on this we can't give it to our teacher?

I took a deep breath in.

B: Okay you can use it for your class but the full thing.

G: okay

They could keep the clips of me being a "monster" and Blue's dragon introduction but everything else was off limits. They ran off and I called Jay and mama over. It didnt take them long to arrive, I rolled my eyes seeing Sydney a few steps behind.

B: why is she here?

I said lowly to Jay.

J: I told her not to come but she insisted and I dont wanna fight her right now, we got bigger shit to worry about

B: alright

Tina: so what is this about?

B: ill just show you mama

I connected the film again and played it for her. She shook her head.

T: That aint right. Something is definitely going on, deeper than this one clip.

B: But why wouldnt she tell us?

T: girl you know how kids are

B: she wont even answer her phone anymore

J: yea Ive been calling her since 2am last night

B: so what are we gonna do?

T: grab your stuff and come on

Mama stood up grabbing her purse. Me and Jay looked at each other.

T: well are yall gonna stand there and wait for answers or go find them??

B: okay

Zaina's House

We stormed up to their door banging on it until Zaina opened the door. Her eyes widened.

Z: what are you doing here-

I: ZAINA!

She jumped, I pulled her out the door frame immediately.

B: come on, jay get ivy

Z: no what??

B: youre coming with us!

Z: no! im fine!

B: You are not fine! Why didn't you tell us?

J: Is he hitting you?

Z: NO! Just leave me alone!

B: zaina you need help!

Z: No! You need help and you don't get to come over here and judge my life. You don't know ANYTHING! You're mad I didn't pursue music like you and that I got married!

B: what?

Z: you're jealous and trying to control me!

B: Zaina—

Z: No! Just stay the hell away from me!

She slammed the door leaving us stunned.

B: I can't believe her. W-why would be jealous of my daughter to the point where she thinks she's better off with someone abusing her??

My voice cracked, mama pulled me in.

T: its okay

J: we'll figure something out but what about the baby?

B: jay what about my baby!??

I started crying harder.

J: its okay bey we're gonna get through this

He wrapped his arms around me.

Zaina POV

I leaned against the door tears in my eyes. Idris emerged from the room, smoking a cigarette. He put it out deliberately.

I: You did the right thing. Your family is jealous. And nobody loves you the way I do baby.

He kissed my head.

I: right?

Z: ...right

I leaned into his arms. He held me tightly, rubbing my back, whispering comforting things.

I: You do need them all you need is our little family. Me, you, and Ivy.

I nodded still sniffling.

I: its okay I love you

Z: I love you too

His lips pressed against mines.

Gigi Pov

While mama was gone me and sir submitted our video without the clips mama cut out. I posted some on tiktok using khalil's page, mama didnt know because she didnt want me to have tiktok but literally everyone in the world has it but me!! So I posted some funny ones, clips like blue chasing sir, amyra slapping khalil, and Kalani singing in her room. Hopefully I go viral.
