Pairing: Fatal_Error Sans x Female Reader
Prompt: After destroying his last attempt at remaking his Papyrus, Fatal is left with nothing but revenge and loneliness. So he seeks out Error - the one responsible for making him this way - in order to make the Destroyer pay, but quickly learns he's going to need someone to patch him up afterwards because Error doesn't go down quite so easy.
Type: smut
Length: 5.8k words
Background: If you're not aware of what happens in the A Fatal_Error has Occurred comic, I'll provide a quick summary and the link to go read the comic for yourself in the comments. Fatal is a Geno that killed everyone in his AU, after which Error hunts him down to 'eradicate the dirty glitch'. Obviously this goes poorly, but it causes Geno to snap and see the code of everyone just like Error, and his sole mission is to gather code to remake his Papyrus. He starts by taking code from Sanses (bc obv he doesn't wanna hurt any Papyruses), but then a talking flower tells him he only has to use one Papyrus' code in order to make Paps. He ends up being semi-successful and creates Patches ('his' Papyrus), but even this version is wrought with errors - for example, he struggles to remember things. Fatal is shown to be very destructive and prone to fits of rage, always rationalizing what he's doing to reassure himself that all the skeletons he kills aren't real (which is partially true, as he's able to Ctrl+C/Ctrl+V them to make copies), but it's clear he's mentally snapped and struggles with memory and talks in a way you can't understand clearly. | Stockholm Syndrome = a coping mechanism in a captive/abusive situation where the person develops positive/romantic feelings towards their captor.
Notes: Since Fatal is very, well, insane, I tried to replicate how the creator styled their comic: chaotic. And I tried to mimic how he talks too, so that's why his speech tends to be disjointed thoughts. I'd like to note that the comic is also unfinished, so this one-shot takes place after all the events of the comic (so far) and likely isn't how the story would end. | Concerning the spice, it reads very aggressively cuz, well, this is Fatal we're talking about. He needs to be in control of the situation and his first thought definitely isn't of others, so I wrote it exactly how I figured it would go down - but I want to preface there's a chance it could make you uncomfortable, as short as it is. I don't really like repeating myself and calling it content since that's just artificially inflating the wordcount (spicy scenes are already basically the same actions repeated to completion after all), and I figured Fatal would be pretty quiet which means all I really have to write the spice scene are descriptors of a rough boning job - and I can only describe it so many ways so I might as well let your imagination do it for me- | (Partially) requested by a lovely reader.

Fatal Error's vision went red, or maybe that was all the strings wrapped tight around his fingers and the miscellaneous code strewn about him after...well, he couldn't remember. He snapped the strings from his teeth with a quick tug, letting them fall to the ground among the cyan echo flowers surrounding him. The flowers spoke in a voice that was familiar to him, but not familiar enough. It was like a memory itching at the back of his mind, constantly goading him into trying to reach for it, to finally grasp it in his hand and remember, but no matter what he tried, he could never grab it.
His blue and red sockets took in the collection of code ripped apart in front of him, recognizing all of it as pieces of Papyrus' code - his brother. Then the memories came flooding back. Papyrus- no, Patches had given up on him. Papyruses never gave up on their Sanses, and his Papyrus would never suggest murder or admit that he was beyond redemption. Patches was too much like him, a failure just like the rest, and, in a fit of rage, he tore Patches apart.
Fatal felt like he was screaming, but he couldn't be sure. The voice of Papyrus in his ear drowned out his own voice, all the things Patches should've been saying but never did because he just wasn't close enough to the real thing - the perfect Papyrus Fatal had been trying to stitch together for as long as he could remember. They were never close enough, no matter if he took pieces of code from Sanses or Papyruses or something else entirely. It always ended the same way.
