"Through every challenge and every joy, love makes a family complete."

The practice room buzzed with energy, the sound of heavy breathing mixing with the beat still echoing from the speakers. The boys were drenched in sweat, having run through the new choreography for what felt like the hundredth time.

"We'll go one more time from the top!" Chan called out, clapping his hands. "Jisung, remember the drop on count eight—"

"If I drop any lower, I'm gonna fuse with the floor," Jisung groaned, hands on his knees as he tried to catch his breath.

Hyunjin collapsed dramatically onto the couch. "Then we'll perform as six ghosts and a floor demon. Very edgy."

Changbin laughed. "Honestly? Sounds like a sick concept."

Seungmin grabbed a towel from the bench and wiped his face. "Maybe we should take a break. We've been at this for hours."

"Yeah," Jeongin agreed. "And Chan-hyung hasn't blinked in ten minutes. I'm starting to get worried."

"I'm fine," Chan insisted, managing a tired smile. "We just need to get this clean before we go into the studio."

Right then, the door opened with a click. All heads turned as JYP stepped into the room, clipboard in hand, a strange expression on his face.

"Alright boys, that's enough for now. Take five."

Chan frowned, confused. "Is something wrong?"

JYP didn't answer him directly. "I've got an announcement. And... a guest."

Before anyone could ask what he meant, the door creaked open again. The air in the room shifted instantly.

Felix stepped inside.

Time seemed to stop. No one moved. No one spoke.

He looked a little different—his hair was longer, his frame a bit broader—but the softness in his face was still there. Except now it was more guarded, more reserved.

But it wasn't just Felix.

He had a child in his arms. A little boy, no older than two. The toddler clung to him comfortably, dark eyes wide as he scanned the unfamiliar room. Chan's heart dropped to his stomach.

"Lix?" Minho's voice was barely a whisper.

"No way..." Hyunjin muttered.

Jisung blinked in disbelief. "He's really here."

Chan stepped forward slowly, like he wasn't sure if what he was seeing was real. "Felix...?"

Felix's gaze met his, calm but unreadable. Then he looked down at the boy in his arms. The toddler was chewing on a pacifier, but Chan couldn't miss the shape of his eyes. They were too familiar.

"His name is Haneul," Felix said quietly, but firmly. "He's two years old."

Chan froze.

"Two..." His voice caught.

Felix's eyes didn't waver. "He's your son."

Silence.

It hit the room like a wave, freezing every breath. No one moved. No one even seemed to know how to react.

"Wait—what?" Jeongin finally broke the silence.

"Hyung... is this real?" Seungmin asked, eyes wide.

Changbin looked between the two of them, utterly stunned. "Felix, why didn't you say anything? Why didn't you—?"

Felix cut him off coldly. "Ask Chan."
