"A forgotten god. A destined love. The sun will rise again."
"I'm telling you, something shifted," Sana said, arms crossed as she stood before the gathering gods. Her eyes flicked to each of them, sharp and certain. "Something powerful awakened on Earth."
Chan raised a brow from his throne of gold and storm clouds. "You've said that three times now, Hera. Care to be more specific this time?"
"I felt the essence of Apollo," she said, her voice lowering as if the name itself carried weight. "Not a trace. Not a whisper. Full soul, reborn in human form."
Minho leaned back in his obsidian seat, eyes glinting like the Underworld's river. "Apollo? Reincarnated? You're sure?"
"I don't make guesses," she snapped.
"So... he has no idea?" Jeongin asked from his seat half-covered in soft, glowing mist. "He's just... living like a normal mortal?"
"That's what it feels like." Sana turned toward Chan. "You need to bring him here. He's too powerful to be left wandering."
Before Chan could speak, Jisung stood up, practically vibrating with excitement. "I'll go. I've been bored for centuries. And if it really is Apollo, I want to meet him."
"You're not going to challenge him to a duel, are you?" Seungmin said without looking up from the golden scroll in his hand.
"I might if he resists," Jisung grinned.
Hyunjin gave a dreamy sigh from where he was lounging. "I bet he's beautiful. Apollo always was."
"He won't remember who he is," Minho pointed out. "Don't overwhelm him."
Chan nodded slowly. "Go, Jisung. But be careful. If he doesn't know he's a god, his powers may be unstable."
Jisung gave a mock salute and vanished in a flash of red light.
It didn't take long to find him.
He was in a small sunlit café near the sea, laughing with a friend. Blonde hair, radiant smile, warmth that pulled everyone in like gravity. Jisung watched from a distance, heart skipping a beat the moment their eyes met across the room.
Felix.
The name came from the barista calling it out, but it hit Jisung like fate. Everything in him screamed mine.
His palms were sweating. He hadn't felt like this since the first time he held a sword.
Still, duty first.
He approached casually, striking up a conversation. Felix was kind, open, and a little shy. He didn't question the drink Jisung handed him.
The sedative worked fast.
"I'm sorry," Jisung whispered as he caught him, cradling him in his arms. "I'll explain everything... later."
When Jisung reappeared on Mount Olympus with Felix in his arms, all the gods turned toward him.
"Is that him?" Hyunjin breathed.
"Felix," Jisung said softly. "That's his name in this life."
Chan's eyes narrowed as he studied the unconscious boy. "He does feel like Apollo..."
"He's my mate," Jisung said suddenly, voice strong and sure. "I felt it the moment I saw him. That's why I couldn't leave him down there."
The room went dead silent.
Even Minho looked stunned. "Your mate? A reincarnated god?"
"That shouldn't be possible," Seungmin said.
