“Yo, Carlos.” Aaron waltzed into the kitchen as Carlos was cooking.

He eyed his housemate. “Hm?”

“Okay,” He had this devious smirk on. He had his hands folded together like a cartoonish devil. “So I met this girl online, right,”

Interrupting him, Carlos looked down at the food he was making and said: “A druggie and a cheater? Pick a struggle, man.” He teased.

That caught the artist off guard and he stammered. “Wh- That's not what I was going to say!” He argued.

Carlos giggled slyly, proud of himself. “I'm joking. Go on, what were you gonna say?”

“Hmph.” He pouted. “Anyways, I met this girl online that seemed like a good fit for you.”

“Eh?” He raised a brow. Was he actually serious?

“I told her I know of a guy that would be a good match for her, and told her I'd set her and you up for a blind date.” His little smirk returned. “So now you gotta go.”

“Seriously, dude?” Carlos shook his head, a bit annoyed. “You set this up without even asking me first?”

“Mhm! So now you gotta go.” He repeated.

“Bro.” He put his hand on his forehead, disappointed. “I should double the amount I charge you this month.” He muttered through grit teeth.

“Sorry! But it was just too perfect to pass up! You'll love her, I guarantee it, bro.”

“I don't even know anything about the girl.” He countered. “What are we going to talk about?”

Aaron seemed discomforted by that question, a nervous smile on his face. “Ehhhhhh..” He darted his eyes back and forth, struggling for an answer. “You're a charismatic man, man! You'll figure it out.”

Carlos rolled his eyes. “I'll make sure to make myself as unattractive as possible, just for you.” He supposed there was nothing he could do now. “When is this happening, anyway?”

“Tomorrow.”

Tomorrow??”
