"I've heard of beauty sleep and all, but do you have to go overboard on everything." Payson teased, but I saw the tears in her eyes. In reality I saw relief and sadness in Ethan and Bud to.

"If your careful, I will let you hug my beautiful self." I croaked, my voice going in and out. Her tears fell as she flew across the room.

"I missed you so much, and you missed a lot to." She smiled tearfully before letting Bud have his turn. He was so careful, as if I would break when he wrapped his arms around me and kissed my hair.

"How much I have missed you, you will never know." His eyes held a few different types of pain.

"I'm sorry I was gone when you needed me most." referring to my unfinished business with Nick and Scarlett.

"I took care of it, don't worry your pretty head. It hurts but I let him know gay doesn't mean weak and I knocked him on his ass." He joked, I looked to Payson.

"How is he really?" I asked

"I'm not sure, he has been on and off. I think its bad and worse days." She answered, Bud's typical annoyance brought a smile to my face.

"I'm right here ya know."

"Tyler beat the living hell out of him, Bud was mad and upset. I will explain the rest of the drama after you get to see the person your really wanting to." She smiled knowingly and I felt my stomach drop and my heart stutter at the thought I would see Tyler for really the first time, since we decided we were back together... Not that we did.

"He didn't change how he felt did he?" I asked fearfully, I heard a chorus of laughter that has to be the best thing in... What did Nana say, three and a half weeks?

"Oh honey, I don't think I have seen anyone so worried since your dad during your birth. Bless his heart, he hasn't been able to sleep or sit still and that is after he got out of shock, where he spent hours lost in space." My heart thudded, and I held onto the hope that Nana was right.

"So... Where is he?" Payson shrugged

"He said he was on his way when he called us." Ethan looked at his phone. "He should of been here already, I'll go call him." I pulled Bud by the hand that was holding mine.

"So, anyone able to tell me what I missed?" Bud laughed

"I've kept you up to date everyday, I wasn't sure how much you remember." He shrugged. "You remember me talking about my dad?" His eyes went teary.

"Oh god, I'm so sorry." I gasped, Beth's sister took her leave, and I squeezed Buds hand but he laughed.

"No, I mean I came out to him." I know my mouth fell open, but I couldn't hide my shock.

"What... what did he do?"

"He said he didn't care." He gave a bitter laugh, "I told you the day it happened, just sucks I had that I touched that many Vag-Jay's without really needing to."

"Don't regret Nick, he may of turned out like shit, but like Thomas Edison said, he didn't find a way to make a light bulb, but 2000 ways not to." He offered me a smile.

"How you manage to be strong for us after this, I have no idea." He paused, and I knew he was fighting tears, it was strange seeing the difference. They all looked tired, even Payson who was so proud of her plump figure had lost a lot of weight.

"I'm so sorry guys, I new Mikey was crazy, but I never would of guessed he was insane. I heard Beth say he was awake." Payson all but spat.

"That fucker will get what he deserves, Red was in here with him until he woke up, about a week ago. His court hearing is in about a week. He already is facing attempt murder, which he was delirious when he found out you weren't dead. Then of course the rape charge." Bud looked uncomfortable.

"I heard Beth say she was pregnant, after she described what happened to her." I said.

"The baby wasn't the only proof of his act." Nana started. "Scarlett after being publicly disowned by her Dad for loosing Tyler's business, went to the police, turned herself in and Mikey then wouldn't accept a plea bargain. She will be serving a year in the county jail, cause really all she did was conspire in a rape charge, and harassment. She had no idea about what Mikey was going to do about your past or the murder. She has tried to talk to you, refusing to say much until you were awake to hear what she had to say." I nodded my head, remembering the look of her without make up and in cuffs, I hated her for what she did, but I knew all to well what the need for parental approval, and people like Mikey whispering in ears could do.

"I'll wait to talk to her until later, to be honest, I don't really feel rested. I am pretty tired." I admitted, it felt odd to know I've been asleep so long yet was still tired.

"It was weird going through the end of school without you, last few weeks and your just gone." Payson said wistfully.

"What time is it anyway?" I asked, it was pretty bright through the window, but I hadn't seen a clock. I gave the old-style clock a disgusted look... not what I would call a clock anyway.

"About three." Payson looked at the door, and as if on cue, in walked Ethan, without the more attractive Jock. Where is he?

"We may have a problem..." Those words would of made me panic, but it wasn't worry or concern in his voice, it was pure bred, sibling like annoyance.
