Aurelia Begins
January 2001
eight year old Aurelia Miller ran into her apartment with her father Steven Miller behind her with a smile on his face. her mother Daphne Miller sat on the couch with papers all over the coffee table, she saw Aurelia running over to her quickly putting the papers away. Aurelia jumped into her mothers arms laughing while Daphne hugged her kissing the top of her head.
"hi, Sunshine." Daphne smiled at the eight year old.
Aurelia held the bunny she had just bought with Steven, she had been saving up for the stuffed animal for weeks.
"daddy and i found her! she was the last one in the store." Daphne laughed at her daughter's excitement.
"she's beautiful, Aure. what's her name?"
"Bunny! i couldn't think of anything else." Aurelia smiled at the stuffed animal.
"why don't you go show Bunny around the house, Sunshine?" Steven asks, Aurelia nodded giving her mother another hug before running off to her room.

"Buck!" Aurelia chased after Buck around the house with Pongo who had no idea what was going on.
"i've heard so many stories about Bunny and now is when i meet her?" Buck laughed jumping over the couch, Aurelia climbed over standing on the cushions jumping onto his back.
"give her back." Aurelia laughed wrapping her arms around his shoulders.
Buck smiled at her carefully holding the stuffed animal Aurelia had hid from him in the past three years. her chin rested on his shoulder as he looked at Bunny, he turned his head to her kissing her cheek sitting on the couch. Aurelia moved to sit beside him while Buck handed Bunny back to Aurelia.
"she means a lot to you?" Buck asks making her nod.
"i bought her when i was eight she was the first thing i ever bought, then the fire happened and she was the only thing i thought to take." she explained not taking her eyes off the stuffed animal, "and who knows, if we have a kid i'll pass Bunny down to them."
Buck's heart fluttered turning his head to Aurelia, he knew he wanted a future with her which is why he bought the engagement ring. for weeks he had been thinking of ways on how to ask her, even had to figure out how to talk to Bobby first. Aurelia hadn't thought about kids until she found the ring the other week on Buck's nightstand and that was the one thing that continued to play in her mind.
