since Buck and Aurelia began dating, neither of them were able to leave each other's side. unless they were at work and had to go off doing different things, usually after their shift one of them ended up at one of their apartments. this time, Aurelia decided to spend the night at his apartment bringing Pongo along who started to love the loft Buck lives in.
they had the day off and Buck had a bunch of plans to take Aurelia out on a date for the whole day. after getting ready for the day, Buck walked over to a sleeping Aurelia on his bed wrapped around the comforter, the only thing being seen was her fuzzy socks. Buck grinned carefully sitting on her side of the bed, his arm resting over her waist.
"Aure." he whispered but nothing.
Buck pulled the blanket from her face lowering it, pieces of her red hair on her forehead, "baby, wake up."
Aurelia hummed opened her eyes to look at Buck and shut them again, "get ready. i have a surprise."
"please don't tell me it's six in the morning." Aurelia mumbled earning a small laugh from Buck.
"no, it's ten."
Aurelia untangled herself from the covers turning to lay on her bed rubbing her eyes, "okay."
Buck smiled planting a kiss on her forehead before rushing downstairs to take a few things down to his jeep.

Aurelia had no idea what Buck had planned, all he told her was to dress nice and comfortable. she had a few of some of her clothes at his apartment and changed into a cute white mini dress that was also flowy and some white sandals and her red hair in it's natural curly state. as soon as Buck parked he grabbed everything and covered Aurelia's eyes with his hand leading the way.
"Buck, if i fall i swear." Aurelia laughed gripping his arm.
"you're not gonna fall." Buck laughed.
"remember that time you and Eddie made me fall when you cheated in Mario Kart?" the redhead reminded him.
"that was an accident."
Aurelia snorted at his voice feeling grass starting to prickle the sides of her feet due to her sandals wondering where Buck had taken her.
"okay, stay here don't move and keep your eyes closed." Buck removed his hands off her eyes planting a quick kiss on her cheek.
Aurelia gave a thumbs up keeping her eyes shut. she could hear Buck moving stuff around leaving her absolutely confused wondering what he was doing. after a few minutes Buck set the bag down moving beside Aurelia.
