Buck slowly walked into his and Aurelia's room quietly, making sure not to wake her up. after dropping Ajax off at school he decided to stop by their favorite breakfast spot and also got her, her favorite flowers. after the last few days of not speaking, Buck absolutely regretted it and wanted to make it up to her. Pongo and Perdita were on their beds right next to Aurelia sound asleep, Buck smiled setting everything down quietly and carefully and took a picture of them changing it to his lock screen.
Buck grabbed the flowers from the nightstand sitting at her side and gently started running his fingers through her curled hair. Aurelia leaned closer into her pillow as she opened her eyes being greeted by Buck and flowers. a half asleep smile formed on her face as she slowly sat up, Buck smiled pressing his lips onto her forehead.
"what's this?" she asks smelling the flowers.
"an apology, for how i acted the last few days." he says, she looked up from the flowers setting them on the nightstand and held his face.
"it's okay. it's been a rough few days." Aurelia rubbed her thumbs against his cheek.
Buck smiled leaning in but Aurelia covered her mouth making him furrow his eyebrows, "let me brush my teeth first. i'm not kissing you with morning breath."
they both laughed and Aurelia rolled out of bed running to the bathroom, she quickly brushed her teeth running back into the room and into his arms. Buck laughed hugging her waist tightly pressing his lips against hers, Aurelia smiled in the kiss sitting herself on his lap and cupped his face in her hands their kiss becoming more passionate.

"all right, victim's name is Edgar Hill. he told dispatch that he was carjacked, got shot and buried in some sort of coffin out here. based on the size of an average male, that box is probably eighty six by thirty inches. that's forty five feet of cubic space, most of which is taken up by Edgar. so he's got ten minutes to an hour's worth of air left." Bobby explained once his team made their way out of the engine and started walking through the field.
"we don't know how long he's been underground, right?" Buck asks walking beside Bobby and Aurelia.
"or which piece of ground he's under. cell towers can only limit the search by so much." Aurelia explained pulling her hair into a tight ponytail.
"let's fan out." Bobby ordered.
Buck, Aurelia and Knight walked ahead as Hen and Bobby stayed back, everyone looked around flashing the lights while Buck used the sound detector machine. Ravi caught up with Aurelia giving her a smile which she returned, she saw him as a little brother since he joined the 118.
