July 2047
Teddie stretched up, looking over the shrubs and trees so he could see the beach from the balcony.
Juno walked in behind him, smiling at the scene.
It was nice to go on a vacation. They had basically only ever gone on trips to Korea, so this felt special.
And while the destination was great, Juno was mostly happy to be spending time with his family.
Juno chuckled.
Teddie turned around briefly. "Hyung, look! There's a huge flock of seagulls there." He pointed.
Juno smiled, his eyes turning into half-moons. "Alright, come here so I can kiss you." He said, sitting down in the sunroom.
Teddie half rolled his eyes. "Don't you wanna go down there?"
Juno snorted. "It's more exciting if we go after sunset."
"We can go swimming at night?" Teddie asked innocently.
Juno scoffed. "We can do whatever we want."
"But mom usually says-"
"We'll convince her. It'll be fine. Besides, we can't go down right now. Zoey and Poppy went to pick up the food."
"But dad fell asleep, so we're not even gonna eat right away."
Juno sighed. "I haven't seen you in like 2 months. Get your butt over here." He said impatiently.
Teddie let out a small giggle. "I saw you at the airport this morning."
"I couldn't smother you with my love at the airport. Come here." *snap snap snap*
Teddie snorted and walked over to Juno.
Juno pulled him down onto his lap. "How dare you act like seagulls are more exciting than seeing me!" He teased, smacking Teddie's thigh. "Huh?!"
Teddie smiled mischievously.
"I missed you." Juno said.
Teddie contemplated whether to be sweet or silly. "That's nice." He said.
Juno raised his brow playfully. "Did you miss me too?"
Teddie made a thoughtful face, as if he was pondering the question. "It's actually been pretty peaceful since you guys moved to London. So, I guess not." He shrugged.
Juno narrowed his eyes.
A smile crept onto Teddie's face.
