"Daddy?" Teddie asked.

Hyunjin turned to look at him. "What?" He sighed tiredly.

Teddie went and sat beside him on the couch. "I had a question."

"What?"

"Well, it's for a friend. Or maybe me in the future or something. Ummmm..." He stuttered.

Hyunjin raised his brow suspiciously.

"My friend was telling me something that happened. Uhhh. He uhhhh.... well, he wanted to like.... be with this girl. But she didn't really want to be with him. And she said no. At first. But they were together, and he thought she wanted to have.... you know. Sex. But then she said she didn't. But he basically said that since she was there, and they were talking, that obviously she wanted to have sex. Do you think that's weird?" Teddie spat out nervously.

"Yes." Hyunjin nodded with concern.

"Okay. But say it was me, and like, I wanted to do something sexual with someone, but she didn't really seem like she wanted to, but then she still spends time with me so I just try to make a move again... would that be weird?" Teddie asked.

Hyunjin sat up stiffly. "YES!" he spat. "What happened?!"

"It wasn't me! It's just that some of my friends were talking about this because it happened to one of them. And I didn't really know what to say...." Teddie explained.

Hyunjin narrowed his eyes.

"I'm being honest!" Teddie said.

Hyunjin sighed. "I know!" He said, sitting back with a worried expression. "Clearly, we need to have a talk about consent. . ."

Teddie nodded.

"We'll have a chat tomorrow."

"TOMORROW?!" Teddie asked, knitting his brows together anxiously.

Hyunjin nodded. "Yes. After school. We'll have tea and chat."

Teddie's shoulders dropped. He didn't want to push it, in case his dad got suspicious, so he'd have to wait. And now he was in for a whole "chat" as if he was somehow responsible for any of this. And besides all that, he didn't like tea. His dad knew that. This sounded really formal. He sighed and went off to his room.

The next day, after his dad got home from work, he went straight to the kitchen and put the kettle on to boil.

Then he went to find Teddie.

"Oh baby Teddie~" He called.

Teddie came out of his room with a concerned expression. His dad seemed off.

"Sit down in the living room. Let's talk." Hyunjin said.

"Okay." Teddie said and went to sit on the couch.

Hyunjin sat down beside him cheerfully. "Before we start, would you like a cup of tea?"

Teddie rolled his eyes in frustration. He shook his head. "I'm okay. Thanks."

"You don't?"

"Not really."

"Well, I make good tea." Hyunjin said.

"It's not that, I just don't want any." Teddie declined.

"Well, you don't have to do anything, I'll make it and bring it to you." Hyunjin assured.

Teddie sighed. "It's fine. Just tell me what you were going to say."

Hyunjin crossed his arms defensively. "Well, normally, when people sit together, they have tea or something."
