July 2038
It was a hot summer's day. Juno's hockey team just had a game, and his family had come to watch him play.
Their team won!
After the game finished, Juno came out to find his family.
As soon as he got close to them, Poppy ran up to him, jumping in his arms.
"Oppa! You were so cool!" She cheered in her tiny, squeaky voice.
Juno laughed. "Really?! Thanks, Puppy." He said excitedly.
She giggled.
JoJo came up, holding out a stuffed bear that said, "Sorry, you'll win next time." on it's stomach.
Juno snorted. "Thanks, mom?"
JoJo pretended to have made a mistake. "Oh no. That's the wrong one." She said, acting flustered as she pulled out an identical bear that said, "Congratulations!" from her bag.
Juno burst out laughing. "Wow. I'm touched."
Poppy giggled. Obviously, she had been told about the joke and was waiting for Juno to laugh about it.
"Did you seriously-" Juno started to ask.
JoJo laughed. "We went to the gift shop before the game, and I saw this bear that said "sorry, you'll win next time" so I said to your dad; "Who would ever want a bear that says this, especially if they already felt bad about losing?" So your dad said we should buy it for you." JoJo explained, trying not to laugh.
Juno giggled as JoJo gave him a hug.
Then Hyunjin came up, pulling a grumpy Teddie by the hand.
He pulled Juno into a side hug, ruffling his hair. "I'm so proud of you." He said enthusiastically.
Juno grinned. "I can see you had high expectations." He said, holding up the "sorry" bear.
Hyunjin laughed. "We knew you'd win. That was just a joke."
"Sure." Juno nodded.
"Buuuut, in case you didn't. We had both bases covered." Hyunjin chuckled.
Teddie pulled Hyunjin's arm. "I wanna go home! This is boring."
Hyunjin sucked his teeth, making a hissing sound. "Be patient. Aren't you proud of hyung?"
Teddie groaned. "Yeah." He said insincerely.
