Chapter 87: Victini

A/N: Hi, just gonna be transparent here; i literally don't have any clue on how to write Unova, because even though it's an underrated and fire ahh region, I STILL DON'T KNOW HOW TO WRITE, except for the chapters where just shows up, cause that's where I have so many fun characters and love interests together to make things interesting.

Maybe that's why Hoenn and Sinnoh were fun to write...oh

Anyway, this chapter will be a very lazy one and I'm actually stuck on this very chapter since June! I wasn't aware of how to finish this, that's why the ending is very rushed cause I'm angry 😻💔 AND I'VE BEEN ANGRY SINCE JUNE.

Anyway there will be another filler chapter which I'm not exactly quite thrilled to finish cause again, i started writing that in June too, but just don't know how to progress...so yeah

It was another boring day and the gang was in the middle of a forest, still trying to reach the city.

"Guys, we are out of food" you informed, while going through your bag, which apparently had the last bit of food.

"What?!" The others looked at you in shock and started going through their own bags.

"I don't have anything other than a packet of cookies" Arlo said, showing the packet.
"That won't get us through the night..." Cilan sighed, "I don't have any food either"
"We can always get fruits from the trees!" Iris suggested.
"That's a good idea though" "pika!"

Spearow was sitting on top of the tree, under which you were standing and was looking around, that's when something caught her attention.

It was a factory?

"Row row!" She called out from the top.
"What is it?" You asked and looked up.
"Spearow- row!" She pointed her wings towards the factory and you looked at the direction.
"It's a factory." Ash said.
"That's great! We can possibly find some food there from the staff and also confirm our way to the nearest city!" Cilan clasped his hands together, "Spearow you're awesome!"
"Row" she proudly smiled.

The group then changed their route and walked to where the factory was.

It was literally HUGE. Like, WAY TOO huge.

"Guys, no offense, but this factory looks abandoned" you sweatdropped.
"Yeah... it's probably haunted too..." Arlo shivered.
"Aw man, i thought we found a solution" Ash groaned.
"Axew, xew!" Axew suddenly pointed towards smoke coming out of a chimney.
"Hey, look that's smoke coming out!" Iris grinned, "we still have hope!"
"So there are people here" Cilan sighed in relief.

You frowned, "Again no offense, but I'm not getting good vibes from this place" you crossed your arms and observed the place thoroughly, "looks shady."
"Oh c'mon Y/N, we need to find food and get back on track, c'mon" Ash patted your shoulders and started walking towards the door, followed by Iris and Cilan.
"It's okay Y/N, me and Spearow are here with you" Arlo reassured and smiled warmly.
"You're the best, Arlo" you smiled and ruffled his hair before following the other three.

After entering, you saw boxes and machines lying around and the place was neither the cleanest, nor dirtiest.

"The chimney was located towards the north, so we have to go...through there" Iris pointed at the only door which was leading towards North.

"Guys wait, see over there" you looked up at the fourth floor, which had lights coming through it, "There might be people in that room."

"Okay, let's go check that out first." Ash suggested.
"But that chimney didn't look far away from here. We have to climb so many stairs to get there now." Iris frowned.
"Okay, what if we split and go?" Cilan asked.
"Ugh, I was worried about this thing! Don't you guys watch horror movies? Everything starts right after people split up. I already don't trust this place and you three are planning to go separately." You argued.
