"TEJ. TORETTO. TALK TO ME, WHAT
do we got?" Hobbs asked, looking at the screen with Riley as Tej typed on the keyboard ferociously.

"We were able to track Shaw after he left you and Dom, but this guy's smart. So we can only track 'em so far. He seems to know all the city's blind spots." Tej explained, standing up and pointed at the screen as it zoomed into a more secluded area.

"See, we lost them somewhere in here, which means he could be anywhere within that half-a-mile radius. So, maybe if we cross-reference phone records, leases..."

"No, this has got Shaw's name written all over it. We've got vantage points, multiple exits, subways, highways and storm drains." Riley pointed out before Tej could finish.

"Badass and brains. Woman, you keep that up. I'm going to be out of a job." Hobbs smirked at his partner. "All right, let's go nail that son of a bitch."

"You ever wish you were out there, doing that old shit?" Tej asked, taking a seat in his office style chair as the group in front of them worked on cars.

"Chasing down people? Trying not to die? Please, Tej, I got a family back home." She answered, leaning back in her chair. "I only do it when I need to. Wasn't until I met Brian I actually stopped racing."

"Used to be good?" He asked. Since he didn't know the girl as long as the others and only knew her from the time she hated Brian's guts, Tej had no clue of the person she was before.

"Ever heard of the name Johnny Tran?" She asked with an amused smile as Tej shook his head. "Good. He's boring news." She stated.

"But he used to race us...all the time. Had a crush on me–Mia's words. Anyway, I used to race his crew all the time, always winning...I mean, he gave me the freaking 'racing princess' nickname. Yet most of the time he dropped the racing part." Jules chuckled.

Julianna, 17

"Well, well, well, ain't it, little Toretto." Johnny Tran chirped as he saw Jules step out of her car with Mia. It was obvious Johnny was calling out Julianna, Mia didn't race, and Dom was in his own world—only Jules was left to pick.

Jules glared at him and gave him her middle finger with a smug look. Johnny put his hand to his chest, mocking offence. "You hurt me, princess." He pouted before his lips turned up into a smirk.

"You want somethin' Johnny?" She asked, leaning against the hood of her car as Mia strayed close.

Johnny took a closer step. A good amount of space between their bodies, just in case Dom's eyes locked on them. "Listen princess, I got a proposition...you willing to take it?" He reckoned, raising an eyebrow.

Jules scoffed, rolling her eyes. "Just spill it Johnny. I don't got time for your bullshit." She spoke, her voice laced with annoyance.

"You. Me. Race. Winner gets 10g's." He answered, his smirk growing more cocky. If he could beat the younger Toretto, then he could get bragging rights against Dom and even get enough of an ego boost to think he could beat him.

Julianna's eyes drifted to the racers around her and the ones she could see past Johnny's figure. None of them would she ever consider as threats or better than her. She had any of these guys beat, but she was positive about the one in front of her.

"Just me and you. None of your boys mess with mine and so help me God, if you play dirty, I will make you my bitch. You hear me." She demanded, pressing her finger into his chest.

Johnny's expression faltered a bit as he took a step back, raising his hands defensively. "You got it, princess. Your rules." He agreed. "I'll meet you in ten."

Jules let out a shaky breath as Jesse walked up to her. "Oh no, I don't like that look, Juli." He ticked, clapping his hands together while eyeing Johnny. "It's a bad bargain—"

"10g's sounds bad to you? Sounds like gold right about now." She sighed, clutching her keys tightly.

Jesse shook his head, nodding for Leon and Letty to come talk some sense into her. "Yo, she's gone looney. 10g's to beat Tran." He told them.

Leon laughed, praising the girl and giving her nothing but high hopes. Letty, however, had a similar reaction to Jesse. "Julianna." She warned.

"You would do it too, Letts." She argued.

"There's a difference Jules. We don't race Johnny's posse. Your brother said so. You know how mad Dom will be?" Letty scolded as Jules rolled her eyes, opening her car door.

"Let him find out."

"So you won?" Tej asked, intrigued by the girl's story. He kept an eye on the screen in front of them, but listened intently.

Jules smirked, pride swelling in her chest. "Damn right. It's when I learned it doesn't matter how much you win by, a win is a win." She answered as the burner phone by Tej rang with Hobbs' nickname on it.

"Yo, it's Hobbs." He announced to the group, accepting the call.

"All right, what do you got for me, Parker? Give me something good." Hobbs' voice came through from the other line. His voice rushed.

"Yeah, that paint you got from Saul's place, highly specialized. Anti-thermal low-IR coating." Tej replied.

"Military." Dom mused, causing Roman's head to turn to him.

"Exactly. We got a list of bases around Europe that use this paint type and those specific colours." Tej added.

"All right, let's cross-reference that with all of Shaw's military targets. I guaran-damn-tee you, one of them is gonna match." Hobbs told them as Jules worked on the computer.

"Got it!" She exclaimed. "A NATO base in Spain." She said, looking up at her brother.

"That puts Shaw in a different country." Dom said, moving closer to them. "That means he's got an eight-hour lead on us."

"We gotta move now. Julianna, give me that info. Riley and I will go ahead and we're going to lock down the base. We're going to protect that component personally." Hobbs told them and they could hear his car speeding up.

"Toretto, I'll arrange transportation for you and your cars. You brush up on your Spanish, boys. I'll see you en España."
