Wanting to be loved (Zuko)

We took off on Appa and searched for Zuko and Aang. But the weather up here was terrible there was so much snow that we couldn't look so far and Zuko couldn't have got far either. But his footsteps were erased by the wind and the snow. Sokka said that they will not die in this blizzard because Zuko never gives up and he is right about that. 'The full moon is up' I tell them while looking at the sky. 'How can you say that you can't even see the moon' Sokka said. 'I just feel it' I explain.

'Aang is back from the spirit world' I tell them 'I won't ask it' Sokka said annoyed. 'Is he alright?' Yue asked 'I don't know but he isn't back in his body yet' and I kept concentrating on the feeling. 'He's coming!' and then we saw the bright light and we followed it. We found the place and Aang was tied up and crawling through the snow but Zuko caught him. Katara got off of Appa. She took Zuko down easily.

They got on Appa and I looked at Zuko who laid unconscious in the snow. 'We can't leave him here, he will freeze to death' I said 'Good so then there is one person less to try and capture Aang' Sokka joked 'It's not funny Sokka. He helped me when Zhao wanted to take me! If it wasn't for him you would've never seen me again!' I shouted at him then I walked to Zuko and got him off of the ground. Aang came to me and helped me get Zuko on Appa and then we took off back to the oasis.

I gasped for air and held my chest 'What's wrong?' Yue asked 'The moon spirit' was the only thing I could say. The sky and moon were now red and Yue told us her story about the moon spirit that saved her life.

We got there and saw Zhao standing with a bag in his hand that contains the moon spirit. He threatened to burn the moon spirit an Aang tried to talk him out of it then Iroh was there and tried to him out of it too. He put the spirit back but then he attacked the spirit and the moon disappeared.

'Noooooo!!' I screamed and ran to Zhao and attacked him with my sai he was surprised and I could give him a few blows. But he regained himself fast and knocked me to the ground and held me down. While I laid there he held my hands on my back 'I hated you the second saw you! Now you get what you deserve!' he exposed my back and then put his hand on it. I tried to get away but he was too strong and then my back was on fire, he was burning me and I screamed. Then the flames were away and I saw Iroh attack Zhao. I laid still tears running down. The guards attacked Iroh and I saw Zhao getting away.

Katara knelt down beside me 'Oh Miku' she cried 'I can't even heal you, I'm so sorry' she cried harder. Iroh made a cloth wet and placed it gently on my back but it still hurts a lot and I try not to scream so I bite down on my teeth. With some help I got up and tried to stand on my own. Iroh took the moon spirit out of the water.

Aangs tattoos began to glow and he stepped in the oasis then the water around us began to glow. And Aang disappeared in the water. I used everyone's attention on Aang to get away. Zhao was going to pay for this! I found him fighting Zuko and I watched them. Then the moon returned and I know it was my time now. I jumped down. 'Zuko I'm taking over. I have some payback to do' I say as I stood beside Zuko. He gave me a weird look but stepped aside. 'What are you going to do you little girl. Your hurt!' Zhao said 'Hurt?' Zuko asked. 'Yes, he burned my back' I said emotionless.

'And don't worry Zhao I got a few tricks up my sleeve' and I took my stance. He got up and had a wicked smile on his face. He attacked but I blocked it with my waterbending. This surprised him so much that he didn't even move. 'What is it Zhao? I'm just a little girl' I mocked him and attacked him I held him up and then let him drop to the floor. I repeated this a few times. He tried to get up but failed. I stand over him watching him struggle.

 Then the moon spirit came and tried to take Zhao away. 'No, he is mine let me handle him. He will get the right punishment' I assure the spirit and it changes. The spirit looks like Yue. 'Yue? You gave your life to the spirit?' I ask her. 'Yes I did. It was my duty to our people and he is now your duty' she said as she looked at Zhao. 'I will take care of him. Till we see each other again' and bow my head to her. She disappears and goes away. I turn back to Zhao and he is now standing.

'I will make sure he can never hurt anyone, ever again!' I take the water and make a ball around his head but this one is filled with water I keep moving it as he tries to get it off. 'Miku stop. He gets it' Zuko tries 'No a man like him will never stop and that's why I have to stop him. Yue, the moon spirit said it's my duty, she believes I can do it and I will not damage that trust.' I say as I continue not long after that Zhao is passed out and I freeze the water around his head and then drop him in the water beneath us. I look down and then turn to face Zuko. I smile at him and then I pass out.

When I wake up again I see Iroh. 'She's awake.' he said. The first person I saw was Zuko. 'Why did you say you couldn't water bend when your that good?' he asked annoyed. I sigh 'I didn't want anyone to know back at home. I always trained myself. You're the first one to see me bend' I tell him.

'We can take you to your friends and the otherwater benders can heal your back' Iroh said.
