tuesday.

"i like your hair." andie complimented calum as she looked up at him.

"thanks. i like yours too." calum chuckled and put his arms behind his head.

they were laying on his bed, calum on his back and andie on top of him, her arms folded above his chest and her chin against them. it was approximately one hour until school started.

"i like the blonde streak to be honest." she smiled, pulling a hand through his hair carefully.

"you should dye your hair completely blonde so we can match." he suggested, earning a snort from her.

"yeah, right. if i ever go blonde, kill me." she scoffed and shook her head weakly.

"i think you'd look good anyway." he shrugged, licking his lips quickly.

"thanks." she smiled before putting her hands on his shoulders.

"so, there's something serious i need to talk to you about." calum said, resting his hands on her lower back.

"if this is about luke—"

"it's not." he cut her off. "well, sort of. i know that he asked you about our trip."

"why did he even ask me about that?" andie frowned in confusion and moved her finger in circles against his soft shoulder.

"here's the thing; you're going with us." he stated casually, looking down at her with a severe expression.

"no, i'm not." she scoffed in disbelief and half sat up. "i'm not even close to affording such a trip."

"yes, you are. because i've paid for your ticket and the stay at the hotel."

andie's eyes widened as she sat up straight, now straddling him with an angry look. she stared at him for some sign of joke, but he simply stared back, waiting for a reaction.

"are you fucking insane?!" she exclaimed, shaking her head.

"you're coming with us whether you like it or not. see it as a very late birthday present." he grinned innocently.

"stop. i'm not coming." she protested, crossing her arms under her chest.

"that's too bad, because..." he exhaled before stretching out his arm for the drawer and pulled out two pieces of paper. "these are our tickets." he held them in front of her face with a cute smile.

"i hate you. i hate you, you can't do this!" andie hit his chest before scanning the tickets. "and how the hell am i supposed to pay you back for this, huh?"

calum sat up to with his hands on her hips — since she had grabbed the tickets herself — and bit on his bottom lip. he pulled up her shirt slightly with his thumbs and caressed her skin.

"you're not supposed to pay me back. it's a gift, accept it and shut up. we're getting late for school, get dressed." he laughed and pushed her off of him.
