andie.

saturday.

andie sat cross-legged on the floor and chewed on her bottom lip, trying to be as careful as possible while making a painting of movie tickets. her little collection consisted of many more tickets than she thought, so she could actually frame them all.

her phone vibrated against the carpet, interrupting her work. reaching for it, she answered the call when reading michael's name. at first, she pulled it away from her ear when music almost defeaned her, then she heard it fade a bit.

"andie?" michael said from the other line.

"michael." she responded blankly and made sure the tickets wouldn't fall down when she finally framed them.

"where are you?"

"at nikki's, why?"

"could you maybe go to calum's and see if he's there?" he asked, causing her to frown slightly.

"why? what happened?" she said quickly and straightened her back, hearing him sigh quietly.

"we're at this party, remember? and the boys are completely wasted. ashton's playing beer pong somewhere, luke's with me so he's fine, but calum said he'd go home a couple of minutes ago, and he was extremely drunk. i'm talking, stumbling everywhere and barely being conscious, drunk. so i was thinking if maybe you could just go to his place and make sure he's alright."

andie listened and rubbed her forehead, refraining from sighing out loud. she hated drunk people in general, let alone a wasted calum. he rarely drank that much, but she couldn't bear with him when he did.

"wait, why are you the most sober one?" she asked, surprised.

"shocking, i know. i stopped drinking when they started to really drink." he laughed a bit by the beginning.

"okay, i'll see if he's home." she mumbled and fidgeted. "and don't let luke out of your sight, please."

"don't worry, i won't." he assured her calmly.

"good, okay." she said before hanging up and standing again.

andie walked to the hallway and put her shoes on, catching nikki's attention almost instantly. she grabbed her phone and wrapped her arm around the door handle, waiting for nikki to speak up first.

"where are you going?" the woman smiled softly, leaning against the wall.

"i just need to see calum real quick. i'll probably come home, otherwise i'm staying for the night there." andie informed her, receiving a small head nod.

"say hi from me."

"will do." she mumbled before leaving the house and heading to calum's.

when she arrived, she climbed up the ladder and then in through his window. if he was so drunk, a door knock wouldn't do much. but to her dislike, the lights were off and he wasn't home. just when her hand reached to unlock her phone, the door lock twisted for quite a while until calum opened the door and almost stumbled inside.
