"ah, our knights in shining armour." diana exhaled sarcastically and ate some of her candy floss.

andie glanced behind her shoulder, only to lay eyes on the boys approaching them. she smiled when her eyes locked with luke's and then folded her arms together.

"yeah, because we're such damsels in distress." she snorted and stole some of the candy.

"oh, yes!" diana exaggarated and put a hand against her chest. "i can most definitely not fend for myself if you thought so."

"right." andie laughed and turned her head to look at the boys, who already stood in front of the girls.

luke kissed his girlfriend without warning her at all and caressed her cheek. she raised her eyebrows, with one hand lifted in the air, and grinned when he pulled away.

"i see you two are all good again." calum smiled and nodded to the couple.

"you guys buy something to eat, and i'll go buy tickets with andie." diana said and finished her cotton candy. the boys obeyed without a word and disappeared to all the food stands.

"can't believe i'm at a funfair right now when i could be home and read a book." andie complained and received a glare from her friend.

"shut up and have fun with us instead. it's not every day we actually put some effort in doing something other than hanging out at michael's."

"you're so nice."

"i try." diana casually shrugged and paid the person inside the ticket booth.

andie rolled her eyes stupidly and inhaled loudly out of surprise when luke scared her from behind. she turned around and hit him playfully, holding an angry expression.

"screw you."

"you've already done that." he whispered cockily against her ear and then took a bite of his hot dog.

she smirked, but then smiled over the memory and gazed down at the ground, a blush creeping on her face.

"so..." diana began, a crooked smirk playing on her lips. andie noticed the tone of her voice and began moving her hand frantically to the sides in front of her neck, gesturing for her to shut her mouth. "i heard you two finally did it."

luke quickly turned his eyes to andie, causing her to cease moving her hand and then put on a sheepish and innocent smile, gazing back at him instead of diana.

"really, andie?" he barely raised one of his eyebrows and nudged her arm with his.

"wait, luke's finally not a virgin anymore?" michael asked for clarification with a smug smile.

"you knew i was a virgin? i never even told you guys that!" luke exclaimed, his eyes flickering between all of them.

"please, we're your best friends. you don't need to tell us that, we knew." ashton chuckled and threw away the stick from his ice cream.

"but..." calum dragged out the word and smiled. "not anymore, you're not."

"oh my gosh." luke muttered and timidly gazed away.

"i want to ride the rollercoaster!" diana squealed and pointed at the attraction like a child.

they all agreed to do that, and andie felt how luke seized her hand in his and intertwined their fingers. she blankly looked at him while standing in the queue and then straight forward.
