I wake up in utter pain.

What happened?

I sit up and see Carl turned around in a chair, with his shotgun aiming at the door.

"Carl?" I whisper and he whips around.

"Kylie! Oh my god! Your okay, I'm so sorry!" He whisper/yells running over to me.

"I-it's okay, I'm fine now actually" I look at my bandaged shoulder.

"Yeah the nurse gave you some pain killers" he smiles warmly.

Bang! bang! bang!

I hear screams outside the rooms and then silence.

Then we hear footsteps coming near.

Carl puts his finger over his lips signaling me to be quiet.

He walks slowly towards the door, making no sound.

He took the gun and aimed it at the door.

"Carl? Kylie?" I hear Beth from the other side.

Carl sighs in relief and opens the door.

"There's wolves, they came in here too" Beth says, "we have to get out of here"

We nod and I grab my gun, Carl picks me up and carries me to the door, where Beth is waiting until.

Bang! 

Blood splatters everywhere.

The next thing I see is Beth, on the ground covered in blood.

"OH MY GOD!!" I scream and behind her we see one of the wolves.

"BETH!" I scream and fall on the ground as soon as Carl's arms got weak.

I start sobbing and screaming as I take my gun out and shoot the wolf.

One shot after the other.

I cry as Carl falls onto the floor with me.

"Beth..." Carl whispers. Tears trickling like waterfalls

I just lost the girl who was like a sister to me.

I keep shooting the wolf and Carl grabs me and holds me in his arms as I sob.

He shot Beth right in the head, she can't turn.

I reach for her but Carl only pulls me back.

"Let's go Kylie.." He says picking me up as I cry into his chest.

"Kylie, cmon we've gotta run from here" Carl pants.

I snuffle and nod and he puts me down.

"Go in our house" he says and I pull out me gun.

As soon as we get in everyone gathers in the living room.

"Everything's clear for now, so we'll stay here." Rick says and Maggie walks up to me.

"Where's Beth?" She asks and my face immediately drops.

"She..."

Tears start running down my cheeks, but Maggie caught up with what I was trying to say.

Her eyes start to water and she drops her shotgun.

"I-I'm so sorry" I cry and she drops to the ground and starts sobbing.
