ENDLESS

S1 Chapter 30

Aria's POV

I searched around the darkness of the spacious kingdom, running around aimlessly. I have no idea where I'm going, but I have to find the others and quickly.

My feet pounded against the ground as I ran, but I didn't care if I got caught anymore. The thought of them being dead by now was consuming my brain.

I have to get to them.

I stopped rapidly, scanning the area quickly. This is where we were tied up before that Alizia person took us into that prison place.

I looked around once more before exiting the area and I was back into the hallway. I decided to go south this time, heading down the path cautiously but speedily.

Noises filled my ears and I halted, staying in place. I sneakily drew closer, listening in on what was happening.

''Who's next in line?''

''Someone named Vivian then that kid Logan.''

Logan?! So, he hasn't been shipped yet?

''Then after that is Nate, then Bridget.''

''You fools, get back to work.'' That was Alizia's voice.

''Y-Yes, ma'am.''

They still haven't been shipped to Hell yet, that means I have a chance to stop this. What should I do? Just go straight into the madness? That isn't a smart idea, but I don't care anymore. I need to save them.

I heard the sound of the portal swallowing something up. Goosebumps appeared all over my pale skin.

That person was just taken into Hell, that means Logan is next..!

''Alright, the brunette is next in line-''

I cut off Alizia by rushing into the room, jumping up into the air as I created fire, my powers surging through my veins. The flames surrounded me and sparked up across the room, ranging significantly and some items were set on fire. The temperature rose up.

Alizia's back was faced to me as I charged at her in the air. But as soon as I was about to attack her, she spun around swiftly and her eyes were on me. My magic was suddenly dispelled, the fire disappearing into thin air.

I had no time to react and roundhouse kicked her in the face once I landed. Alizia stumbled back, but then lifted up both of her hands, darkness rising up from the ground beneath us. The darkness flamed up like the fire she had dispelled, and pushed me back roughly. 

My eyes shook a bit as I stared at the intense, powerful darkness that Alizia had created. I could feel myself weakening, my power flowing through my veins slower.

Darkness.. of course, she knows exactly when to take advantage of someone's weakness.

Alizia took the opportunity to throw the darkness at me while I was caught off guard. The darkness sunk into my skin, making me begin to sweat uncontrollably. I didn't feel any pain, however.

What is this going to do-

The darkness came out of my ears, causing me to scream at the top of my lungs. Unbearable pain ran throughout my whole body, and I felt like I was being burned alive then thrown off a cliff. 

Blood dripped out onto the ground and I realized that I was bleeding out of my mouth. My eyes flickered up, glaring at Alizia harshly who was staring at me with a small grin on her face.

I need to keep going. I can't let this beat me.

''Are you done yet, Aria Matthews?''

I panted, holding my arm as more blood continued to flow out of my mouth and becoming small stains on the ground. 

I'm still standing, I just need to keep going. I will never be done.

''Just give up already,'' Alizia chimed. ''Surrender yourself.''

I shook my head briefly before summoning water. The water started to flood the place, washing Alizia away from me. I took the time to look around the place, seeing coffins everywhere.

They put them in coffins. Fitting. That means, I have to find the specific coffin they're in now since I summoned water. Fuck.

I made a mistake.

I heard a scream, a familiar scream. Bridget?

''ARIA! I'M IN HERE!'' 

I frantically scanned the area with my turquoise eyes, trying to figure out where the sound came from. Which coffin is she in?!

''Thank god that you came to help us,'' Bridget yelled. ''You finally got your powers back!''

I kept searching around with my eyes, only leaving myself open for Alizia to punch me back into the wall quickly. 

Pain throbbed throughout my body once more as I hit the wall, my body sliding down off of it. 

''Just give up already! As if your silly attacks will actually manage to beat me!'' 

I clenched my fist, using my light powers in order to push myself up off of the ground and into the air. I charged myself towards Alizia, punching her across the face with my illuminating fist then I blasted all of the light that carried me at her. Alizia groaned as she crashed down into the ground from the impact.

I stood in front of her, breathing heavily. ''If you think that I would just give up when I have the chance to save the people I love, then you're fucking out of your mind!''

My powers flowed through my veins to the tip of my fingers, getting ready to attack her once more but with my earth powers. 

However, Alizia chuckled then darkness soon appeared, my chance to attack her disappearing as the darkness wrapped around my neck; choking me. 

''Maybe I am fucking out of my mind, but with a reason.'' Alizia told me then the darkness threw me across the room, letting me breath once again but I crashed into a coffin. 

I held back the scream in my throat as the broken pieces of the coffin scraped my skin and the sharpened tips stabbed me roughly. 

Keep.. going.

I got up steadily, standing on what remained of the now broken coffin. I used my light powers to make what I was standing on travel over to Alizia, wielding it as a hover-board.

As I drew closer and closer to Alizia, a smirk appeared on her face. A dark, chilly laugh escaped from her mouth.

''What are you smirking about?!'' I yelled.

Alizia kicked me in the stomach. I endured the pain, getting knocked off the piece of the coffin I was riding on. My body landed on the ground, my eyes staring up at the ceiling. 

I got up as Alizia continued to laugh, my eyes averting over to see a coffin heading into the portal to Hell.

That's Logan's..! That has to be his, even if I caused this destruction, of course they'll only continue the process!

I've been so focused on Alizia that I didn't even notice that much!

''What are you going to do, Aria Matthews? It's already the end for you all!''

My eyes shook as I stared at what was happening before me. I swallowed the lump in my throat.

''You'll never be able to escape the wrath of Hades,'' Alizia told me. ''Your fates were decided once you decided to mess with him.''

I sucked my teeth as I ran over to Logan's coffin, getting on it to try to stop it with my weight but I was swallowed into the portal along with him.

Hi.

I have not been in the mood to write this, but I was somehow able to now. I don't know if I'm in the mood to write any more, but this is what I could get out.

Finally, we're in the 30's. The season finale is the 40th chapter.
