''I can't believe they decided to release you a day after my birthday,'' Bridget whined. ''I had to spend it without you there.''
Aria rolled her eyes. ''Quit acting like a baby, it's not a big deal. You're twenty years old now.''
''I'll always be a child on the inside.''
Before Aria could respond with a sassy remark, her nurse Misty strolled in with a clipboard resting in her arms. ''Good morning, how are you feeling today Ms. Matthews?''
''Ready to leave.'' She answered in annoyance.
Misty laughed. ''Don't worry, you're being discharged today. We just need you to sign some paperwork and you're good to go. Are you feeling hungry? If not I can go get the papers for you right now.''
''I'll eat at home, thanks.'' Aria stated.
''Alright, no worries. I'll be right back with the discharge papers.'' Misty reported, heading out of the room.
''Now you can finally babysit Carter and Bailey. Me and Nate have been wanting to go out on a date night for months.''
''Hell no, you can take your kids with you on your 'date night,' I have things to do. I'm a busy woman.'' She rejected quickly.
''Come on Ar,'' Bridget begged. ''I need you.''
''You do realize you could've asked one of the workers to babysit for you? You live in a fucking Kingdom for god sake!'' Aria yelled as if it was the most obvious thing in the world.
''I know, but I'm still not use to the idea of leaving my babies with strangers.'' Bridget rubbed her palms together.
''For fuck-''
''Ms. Matthews?'' Misty called, walking slowly back into the room with the papers and a pen. ''Are you ready to fill everything out?''
''Oh, yes.'' Aria responded looking over to her.
The nurse smiled softly, strolling towards the bed and handing the papers and pen to Aria along with the clipboard in order for her to write properly. She began to read and signed what she had to.
Once she finished she handed everything back to Misty. The young red haired woman glanced over the papers before giving her a gentle grin. ''I'll be right back, let me go process this then you're good to go. You can start getting ready.''
''Thank you.'' Aria sighed as she pushed herself out of the hospital bed. Bridget had brought her clothes to change into that were laid out on the chair. She grabbed the sundress stepping into the bathroom to put it on.
