S3 Chapter 7 - ''Packing''

After what happened I've just stayed the rest of the night in my bedroom at the Light Kingdom without saying a word to anyone. Logan has been checking up on me a lot asking questions but I would just ignore him.

I laid in my bed seeing it was now 6AM. 

I've been crying all night..

Suddenly feeling sick I hopped out of my bed running into the bathroom to throw up in the toilet. My throat started burning as I backed up flushing down what came out. 

Illenus, being pregnant is such a hassle..

I got up from the ground walking over to the mirror standing in front of it. My breasts feel really sore.

Hearing a knock on the door almost made me jump out of my skin before a wave of anger came over me. Fuck, why can't Logan just leave me alone already?!

I slammed open the door snapping at the person behind it. ''What?!''

My eyes quickly adjusted seeing that it was Nate making my heart drop. ''Oh god.. Nate, I'm sorry I thought..''

''It's okay.''

Having him right before me made me start feeling incredibly guilty about hiding my pregnancy from him. He's the father of our child, he deserved to know yet I kept it a secret for this long.

''I'm so sorry Nate,'' I began. ''I hid it from you even though this is a big deal it's going to change our lives. It was wrong of me but I was scared I care about what you think so much I just couldn't bare the thought of-''

Nate stepped in closing the space between us planting a kiss on my forehead making me go quiet. Tears were in my eyes at this point my chest feeling heavy as he backed away. I started to cry. ''I'm so scared.''

He pulled me into a hug. ''Don't be, Brid. It'll be okay. I promise.''

We stayed there for a moment enjoying each other's comfort and warmth. Wait.. why is he even here?

''What are you doing here, anyway? Shouldn't you be on your way to college?'' I questioned.

''Yes but Logan called me last night. We had a long talk about everything.. and came to the agreement that for now we should be focusing on moving you in with me. So I dropped by to tell you to start packing. I'll be back in the evening after college and finishing up Kingdom work to pick you up.'' Nate explained.

I nodded my head slowly. ''Okay..''

''Bye babe.'' Nate bent down a bit to peck my lips. ''I love you, okay? I'm sorry about yelling at you.''

''I'm sorry and I love you too.'' I said staring into his eyes.

Nate smiled slightly then headed out. A minute or so later Logan walked in. ''Hey Brid.. I have some time if you need any help packing.''

''Really?'' I asked gratefully. 

''Yes.'' Logan answered. ''I also have a new friend who can lend a hand as well.''

A new friend? Who is he talking about?

My thoughts were answered seeing the woman who saved him stroll in, Riley I think her name is.

''Oh,'' I smiled politely. ''Hello, I'm Bridget. It's nice to meet you.''

''It's nice to meet you too, I'm Riley. You're Logan's sister, right?'' She inquired.

I nodded my head. ''That's me. Anyway.. um, can you guys start with my clothes? I want to go down to eat. I'm hungry.''

''Yes, yes, go.'' Logan urged. ''We'll take care of it.''

''Okay then.. thanks.'' I forced a grin before heading out of the room to go have breakfast.
