Jeff's POV

I starred at Y/n as if me starring at her would help her remember something. "Who are you?" Is all that replayed in my head. My heart broke for the millionth time.

In a way I felt bad for her, she looked genuinely confused and looked like she wanted to cry.

"My names Ben, I'm your boyfriend and you love to give me shoulder massages as I play video games, and even if people say we're not dating they're just jealous." I heard Ben say as he stepped forward. She looked up and down and my jaw clinched along with my fists. I yanked him back by his shoulder. "What the hell do you think you're doing?" I growled keeping him in place with his shirt knotted in my fist. "You messed up pal." He looked me dead in the eye. I ran him back and slammed him against the wall. "You better back of Ben because I swear I'll-" I was cut off by Y/n. "Excuse me...." She said meekly. Everyone turned to look at her. "I think you're lying." She said raising her eyebrow at Ben. "Why do you think that babe?" He ducked under my arm and sat next to her. I was about to punch him but then she spoke. "You look a little young...not to mention Jeff here looks mad about something so...you could be lying." She squinted her eyes at him suspiciously. "Oh don't mind that." He said chuckling nervously. He reached for her hand and I gripped his shoulder and she pulled away. "I'm not into blondes either." She scoffed. I smiled as Ben just looked dumb folded and turned red from embarrassment. Everybody chuckled. "Come on idiot." EJ pulled Ben away. "I-I'm not bl-blonde." I heard a stutter and I turned to see Toby's hand raised. "Is everyone still so mad at me that they're trying to take Y/n from me?" I thought to myself. "I'm not blonde either." Masky slipped in. "You little-..." I walked towards both of them with my fist raised but I was suddenly strung up by my ankle. "Good evening children, might I ask what all the commotion is for?" Slender looked at me and spoke sternly already knowing the answer. He slightly lowered me to look at Y/n over me foot. "It's wonderful to see that you're up, I hope you're feeling well." He said. She starred at him with her jaw gaped open, clinching the blankets. "She doesn't remember you smart one....she doesn't remember any of us...." I stated trying to wiggle free. Slender stood quick as everyone turned to look at him for an answer. "I see..." Was all he said before dropping me and bringing his hand up to his chin in a thinking way. "Well, I'm sure an introduction might make things go more smoothly don't you suppose?" He spoke to her and she slowly nodded her head. "Splendid." He said in a tone making me think he would be smiling. "I am Slenderman, and you are in Slender Mansion." He spoke straight to the point. "I have three proxies, Toby, Masky, and Hoodie." He stated and with each of their names called they stepped forward presenting themselves. "Over the years I recruited more...helpers....here we have Eyeless Jack." And with this EJ stepped forward taking a bow for humor and it worked...she smiled. I couldn't help but glare at EJ. "Ben Drowned." Ben just waved still embarrassed. "...and this is Jeff the killer." My head shot up when I heard my name. I wanted to say something smart or funny. "H-hi I'm J-Jeff the killer....but you already knew that though...So...yeah." I felt my face turn red. She raised her eyebrows and smiled and that turned into a laugh. I chuckled back and rubbed the back of my neck nervously. I looked to slender who was shaking his head almost in disappointment. "Y/n!" Sally ran in hugged here. Helen and Liu followed in shortly. Y/n looked down at the small child hugging her. "This is Sally." Slender interrupted. "S-she doesn't remember me?" Sally pouted and her eyes filled with tears. Y/n frowned as she slowly shook her head. "I'm sorry..." She muttered. "These two are Helen and Liu...Liu is Jeff's brother." She turned to look at them and looked between me and Liu. She continued between us two. "Does she remember something?" I thought to myself in hope. "What is it?" I asked sitting down on my bed next to her. "Come on you have to remember us, riding bikes down the street, getting ice cream...Jeff dropping the ice cream....anything?" Liu walked up behind me. "N-no...I'm sorry I don't remember any of that...I was just looking at you two because you don't really look alike." She confessed. I signed and opened the drawer on the nightstand be side me. "Here maybe this will help." I said looking down at the picture of us three and her birthday party before handing it to her. She took it confused and looked even more confused when she stared down at it. "How did you get this?...where did you get this from?" She asked looking back up at us. "It's a long story, there's a lot you need to know." I replied. A knot formed in my stomach. I wondered if I should tell her I killed her family and almost killed her. I wondered if I should tell her that we dated and slept together, should I tell her that I killed her to make her immortal or that fact that we're all killers and she's one too? Or should I just stay quiet and we can start new again an Ivan make a better impression. "What do you have to tell me?" She said interested. I swallowed hard an looked around at everyone. "Um...uh....I'm a killer, well...we're all killers...even you." I spat out. "What?!" She asked with a smile cracking at her lips. "You're joking." She laughed. I frowned knowing she didn't take me seriously. "No really, he's not lying, we all kill people." Helen chimed in happily, obviously proud of what he was. She looked to him and her smile slowly disappeared. "Are you guys gonna kill me?" She asked looking around worriedly now. I sighed and refrained from calling her stupid. "No...you're one of us." I said growing frustrated. "Okay...well wouldn't we get caught at some point?" She raised her eyebrow. "I can't do this." I mumbled standing up and walking towards a corner of the room so I wouldn't tell at her. I just wanted to grab her and shake her and yell. "Stop playing dumb! You know who you are!"

EJ say down in my place. "No...well yes we could but that's what makes us good because we haven't been caught." He said calmly. EJ was always good at this stuff. "So, what are 'we' exactly?" She asked. "We're called creepypastas." He replied. "And I leave here?" She said looking around the room. "Yes ma'am." He answered yet again and she was quite before nodding. "Cool." She smiled. EJ chuckled. EJ didn't move from his spot he just stayed there looking at her as she looked around and asked slenderman some questions. I cleared my throat making him stand. "I think it's best if we leave miss Y/n for now, let her collect herself and when she's ready so can join us down stairs." Slenderman said and with that everyone stepped outside. "You too Jeff." Slender stated before leaving me room. I turned to Y/n and she just smiled at me making my heart flutter. "See ya." I muttered shyly. I closed the door and was met with EJ. I sight I was not really happy with. I walked past him ignoring him. "At least she's awake." He said catching up with me. "What is it to you?" I snapped. "She's my friend Jeff and you're my friend, I'm glad she's awake for your sake." He scoffed. I rolled my eyes. "I saw you looking at her." I cut to the chase. "Yeah, everyone was looking at her." He replied causally. "Not like you were." I mumbled. "What're you saying Jeff?" EJ stopped before we got to the stairs. I stopped too and turned around to face him. "Ion not know what you're doing or what you're thinking but she's mine." I threatened. "Jeff it's not like that." He stated and I couldn't tell if e was being honest. "It better not be." I glared at him before turned my back to him and walking down stairs. "It's bad enough everyone is after her even when they know I love her...I don't need you to be like too..." I said not turning to look at him. He was just quiet and I disappeared down stairs.
