Ashs pov ‘I love you did you know that?’ ‘I love you more’ this was my favourite part of being in hospital, I’d tell Shaun I loved him for always being so caring, he’d tell me he loved me more and follow it with a kiss. The one good thing about revealing I was shauns girlfriend was he was able to pull some strings and get me a private room which I could have up to 2 people stay in with me. Three days to go and I’d be out, I was a bit nervous knowing that Shaun was being so caring because I was in hospital when before the accident we hadn’t been getting on great. But he promised he wasnt letting go again, over and over. Which when he was asleep made me smile just knowing someone cared enough to do this for me. On the day after my foot surgery Shaun went out, sadly. I was starting to depend on him being around during the day to keep me sane. My sleeping pattern was pretty much screwed after everything, it’d never been to good in the first place but now it was just plain awful. My dreams were getting worse again, at least the weren’t about the rape or the cutting this time, they were about what I did. I didn’t remember much of crashing when I tries to think about it but when my mind was just wondering or I was dreaming I started remembering some of the details. I was having a nightmare when my arm was poked which caused me to sit up quicker than whoever poked me and we bumped heads. It turned out to be jumpnow and aleesha, I was overwhelmed to see them after not seeing many people since the accident. Jumpnow was in a typical “angry emo” mood, the type of mood I was oh so used to feeling. The mood that you can just look at someone to know they feel like total crap. His phone rung and his face lit up when he looked at the caller id, he gave us a smile before going out of the room. Aleesha, on the other hand more or less just threw herself at me, she hadn’t been able to come see me in coffs because she was in Queensland again, picking up the stuff she left behind when she ditched her holiday to come see me. By the time she’d sucked every last detail out of me I was tired again, but it was worth it. By the time Shaun re-appeared we were doing some hardcore supernatural watching on the tv sitting on a table in the corner that I didn’t even know worked. He was juggling a large case, gutair shaped and a little wrapped box as well as shutting the door behind him. For the first time since I first woke up a week ago he actually looked respectable, he’d shaved and done something with his hair, he was looking happy. Really happy. Aleesha took shauns subtle hint and mumbled something about needing coffee before smiling and disappearing from the room. Shaun sat on the other end of the bed and handed me the to things he was carrying. Inside was a gutair, it looked brand new and gutairs weren’t cheap. I shook my head at him and protested, he laughed at me and told me it was his old one, he’d got it restringed and cleaned it up. The other box had movies and m&ms in it, which I’d said at some point that movies and m&ms would be the perfect date. I hugged him hard, words kind of escaped my mind, nobody had ever done so much for me. Aleesha came back and joined us, this was probably one of the best nights of my life. My boyfriend, my bestfriend and I wasn’t thinking about anything but how much they meant to me
