"Son, she's beautiful." Mother said and rubbed her cheek. "What's her name?"

"Tati and I are going to name her Victoria." I said.

"Because this is a victory for us." Tatiana finished and smiled at me.

I gave her a smile back and sat on the bed. I could tell Mother liked that. I'm sure she wants us back together, but I can't hurt Nikki.

"That's sweet. Now, are you two stopping this divorce nonsense?"

Tatiana looked at me. "I don't think so, Mama Katie."

"What? You guys just had a baby together and you're going to raise her in separate homes?"

"Mother, I have two other children. Tatiana and I made this decision and we're sticking with it." I said.

"That woman has changed you, Michael." Mother said.

I just stayed quiet. I'm not going to argue with her. My babygirl was just born.

I moved off the bed to sit on the couch.

Nicole and Joseph walked in and looked between us.

I motioned Nicole over and pulled her on my lap.

"Just know, I love you and I'll never stop." I whispered.

She nodded and kissed my cheek.
