“You guys made up fast,” Nora commented. We were just lying in the warm sun on the grass. Liam had just gotten back with Adam, Nora and Izzy’s suitcase a little while ago.

Is shot me a look and shook her head slightly. “Yeah I guess we did.”

“So what happened between you guys anyways?” Adam asked.

“Uh…” Is started. I wanted to help her out but I was a terrible liar. And if her friends didn’t know about the eviction, I didn’t want to tell them now. “It was a big misunderstanding that was blown way out of proportion.”

“And you guys made up that fast?” Liam questioned.

Is shrugged but didn’t answer.

“Well after we talked to everyone involved, yeah,” I said.

“So you’re not going to tell us what really happened?” Adam asked.

Is and I looked at each other. “Nope,” we said at the same time, and then we burst out laughing.

“Come on Is, please? We’re your friends!” Nora complained.

“You guys,” Is said propping herself up on elbows and pushing her sunglasses up on her head a little so she could see her friends better. “It’s over. It doesn’t even matter anymore.”

“Fine,” they huffed.

Is rolled over onto her side. It also moved her closer to me. The sun reflected off her long golden ringlets perfectly, and her pixie face was lit up with her own glow of happiness, and the glow of the sun. My breath caught in my throat when she smiled at me completing the picture.

“So have you stopped the build plans on that building yet?” she asked softly. Her friends knew that she was helping me fix things, but I think she was scared to talk about it unless we were alone. Now that she had been evicted she was even more scared.

“Uh…no?” I said helplessly.

She rolled her eyes at me. “I left you one thing to do, and I bet you didn’t even think about it did you?” she teased. But it was the absolute truth.

“Well I was occupied by getting someone back into castle,” I teased back.

“Can’t blame that on me. I was only kicked out because of your evil fiancée.”

“Okay fine! You win. But how am I supposed to stop the build?” I asked.

Is thought for a moment. “What doesn’t the old one get demolished Thursday?” she asked looking a little scared.

“Yeah. So?” was my intelligent answer. From the fear in her eyes I knew I was missing something important. But whenever I was with Izzy, my brain turned to mush and all I could think about was her.

“It’s Tuesday,” she said slowly.

“Oh crap,” I said sitting up. “What are we going to do?” Is flopped onto her back and closed her eyes. To anyone else it might look like she was enjoying the sun, but I knew she was thinking of a way for us to stop the build.

I took the opportunity to stare at her since she wasn’t looking. I hadn’t been able to look at her over the last couple of days while she had been evicted. So I think I was defiantly entitled to it now.

“Kingy,” Nora said.

“Hmm?” I asked dazedly looking up from Is and to her friends instead.

Nora giggled and the guys all smirked.

“What?” I asked, but they all ignored me.

“I got it!” Is said sitting up. “Are you ready?” She asked me.
