2 cups fresh or frozen mixed berries
4 tablespoons strawberry-flavoured frozen yoghurt
Crumble Topping:
4 tablespoons puffed rice
2 tablespoons gluten free plain flour
2 tablespoons brown rice flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
30g butter
Cooks Tools:
Measuring cups/spoons
4 oven proof dishes
Step 1: Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Grease 4 ¾ cup oven proof dishes.
Step 2: Make crumble topping. Blend or process puffed rice until fine. Add flours, sugar and butter; process until crumbly.
Step 3: Divide berries into dishes; sprinkle with crumble topping. Bake about 30 minutes or until browned lightly.
Step 4: Serve crumbles warm with the frozen yoghurt.
