Ingredients:

½ cup dried apricots

¼ cup unprocessed bran

½ cup shredded coconut

3 tablespoons slivered almonds

¼ cup sugar

1 cup rolled oats

½ cup sultanas

¼ cup butter

1 tablespoon honey

2 eggs

Step 1: Turn on oven to 180° (Function bake).

Step 2: Chop apricots.

Step 3: Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Step 4: Melt butter, add honey and mix well.

Step 5: Beat the eggs, add to the mixture and mix well.

Step 6: Spoon into a greased shallow tin and press down well.

Step 7: Bake in a moderate oven for 25 minutes until golden.

Step 8: Cool before cutting into squares or bars.
