Cheesy Croissants

Ingredients:

1/2 small ripe avocado

1/3 cup lite cottage cheese

2 teaspoons chives, chopped

1/4 cup grated tasty cheese

4 croissants

6 grape tomatoes, halved

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180C or 160C fan-forced. Place croissants on a tray and warm for 5 mins. Cut in half and spread 2 of the bases with avocado. Top each with combined cottage cheese and chives, put lids back on.

Step 2: Top remaining 2 croissants with grated cheese and tomatoes and put lids back on. Serve immediately.
