Ingredients:
340g (12 oz)spaghetti/ other long pasta
3 eggs
Freshly ground black pepper
A pinch of salt
11/2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
550g (2 oz)freshly grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons doubled cream
115g (4 oz)chopped streaky bacon
Cooks Tools:
Frying pan
Wooden spoon
Chopping board
Fork
Cheese grater
Large saucepan
Small bowl
Colander
Step 1: Heat some water in a big saucepan. Add a pinch of salt and a drop of oil to stop the pasta from sticking together.
Step 2: When the water boils gently push the pasta into the water until covered. Long pasta slides down the ends soften.
Step 3: While the pasta cooks beat the eggs into a bowl. Add cream, salt, pepper and half of the cheese and beat again.
Step 4: Put the oil in the frying pan. Add the chopped bacon and fry it quickly for a few minutes until it is cooked.
Step 5: Cook the pasta for 12-15 minutes until it is cooked but is still firm. Then tip it into a colander and drain it well.
Step 6: Tip the pasta back into the saucepan. Add the egg mixture and bacon. Stir well and cook it for a few more minutes.
