Ingredients:
¾ cup tomato sauce
1/3 cup plum sauce
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
16 chicken drumettes (1kg)
Cooks Tools:
Measuring cups/spoons
Large bowl
Sieve?
Large baking dish
Baking paper
Wooden spoon
Step 1: Combine sauces and sugar in large bowl; add chicken. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
Step 2: Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced.
Step 3: Drain chicken; discard marinade. Place chicken on baking paper over large baking dish. Roast chicken for about 30 minutes or until cooked.
