Fruity Chews

Ingredients:

180g dried apricot

½ cup sultanas

½ raisins

¼ cup dates

½ cup rolled oats

2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted

¼ cup coconut

½ cup skim milk powder

2 tablespoons honey

¼ cup orange juice

Cooks Tools:

Measuring cups/spoons

Knife

Board

Tray

Step 1: Chop dried fruit finely and mix together. Add sesame seeds, coconut and milk powder.

Step 2: Mix honey with the orange juice and mix well.

Step 3: Press into a foil-lined lamington tray.

Step 4: Refrigerate for several hours before cutting into fingers.
