Ingredients:
900g potatoes
55g flour
85g butter
55g grated cheese
2 hard-boiled eggs
Parsley
450g smoked fish
450g white fish
600mL milk
Pinch pepper
Pinch salt

2 saucepans
Colander
Potato peeler
Sharp knife
Potato masher
Palette knife
Wooden spoon
Step 1: Set oven to 200°, gas mark 6. Peel the potatoes and put them in a saucepan of water to boil.
Step 2: Cut the fish into chunks- (2½cm wide, 1 cm in). Chop the hard boiled eggs and the parsley.
Step 3: Then make a white sauce. Melt 55g butter in a saucepan. Add the flour and stir until it foams a thick paste.
Step 4: Gradually stir the milk into the mixture. Cook over a low heat, stirring it as it thickens. Add parsley, salt and pepper.
Step 5: When the potatoes have cooked, drain them and mash them. Stir in the rest of the butter, a little milk and salt and pepper.
Step 6: Put the fish and chopped egg in the dish. Pour the sauce over them. Spoon the potato on top and sprinkle with cheese.
