Ingredients:
2kg watermelon
500mL chilled lemonade
60mL raspberry cordial
Cooks Tools:
Measuring jugs
Scale
Sharp knife
Chopping board
Blender
Large jug
Spoon
Step 1: Remove skin and seeds from melon; chop flesh coarsely. Push flesh through juice extractor or blend or process, in batches, until mushy.
Step 2: Strain juice into large jug; stir in lemonade and cordial.
