Ingredients:
A knob of butter
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of milk
Pinch pepper
Pinch salt
Cooks Tools:
Board
Bowl
Wooden spoon
Fork
Sharp knife
Saucepan
Step 1: Break the eggs into the bowl. Add the milk, pepper and salt and beat everything together until well mixed.
Step 2: Melt the butter in the saucepan over low heat until foaming. Swirl it round the pan then pour in the eggs.
Step 3: Cook the eggs over low heat, stirring them as they begin to thicken. They are ready when creamy and nearly set.
