Saucy Caramel Pudding

Ingredients:

1 cup gluten free self-raising flour

1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar

20g butter, melted

½ cup milk

Caramel Sauce:

11/3 cups water

1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar

30g butter

Cooks Tools:

Measuring cups

Microwave proof bowl

Sieve

Medium bowl

Ovenproof dish

Small saucepan

Spoon

Step 1: Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. Grease deep 1 litre (4 cup) ovenproof.

Step 2: Combine sifted flour, sugar, butter and milk into dish.

Step 3: make caramel sauce. Combine ingredients in small saucepan; stir over medium heat, without boiling, until smooth.

Step 4: Pour sauce slowly over a back of a spoon evenly over mixture in dish. Bake pudding about 50 minute. Stand 10 minutes before serving.
