Ingredients:
1 egg
30g butter
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Large pinch salt
Large pinch pepper
3 slices bread
Cooks Tools:
Bowl
Frying pan
Spatula
Fork
Step 1: Break an egg into the bowl. Add the salt and pepper and beat the egg with a fork until it is evenly mixed and frothy.
Step 2: Dip each slice of bread into the beaten egg, so that the bread is evenly coated with egg on both sides.
Step 3: Heat the butter and oil in the frying pan. When the pan is hot, fry the bread on both sides until it is golden brown.
Step 4: Cut the toast into triangles.
