Ingredients: Slice
1¼ cups self-raising flour
2 tablespoon cocoa
¾ cup coconut
½ cup castor sugar
125g butter
1 egg
Icing:
1 cup icing sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa
Vanilla
Hot water
Cooks Tools:
Sieve
Tray
Wooden spoon
Knife- big and small
Fork
Whisk
Measuring cups/spoons/jugs
Bowls 2
Step 1: Turn on oven to 180° (Function: bake).
Step 2: Melt butter.
Step 3: Mix dry ingredients together.
Step 4: Beat eggs.
Step 5: Add butter and egg to dry ingredients.
Step 6: Mix well and press into a flat tray.
Step 7: Bake for 15 minutes in a moderate oven.
Step 8: Cut into squares and ice when cool.
Icing:
Step 1: Sift icing sugar and cocoa.
Step 2: Add vanilla and enough water to make a thin paste.
